Reviews for Hôtel de Londres
Review 1:Poor quality towels and bedding. Hairdryer and replacement dryer dangerous. Very average breakfast
Review 2:Great location, lovely old building, nice shower cubicle
Review 3:Staff did their best but seemed to be trying to cover everything and couldn't always be found. However pleasant when approached.
Review 4:Very comfortable beds. Good bathroom and shower Great place to bring your dogs as easy to come and go with them without going through public areas.
Review 5:We used to turn up towards the end of breakfast to find thinks "a little picked over" and auto drink dispensers rarely satisfy.
Review 6:Menu of day good. Sit by river and have a drink in the sun. Please note other weather is available.
Review 7:Wi-fi proved frustratingly slow, especially for the 17 year old.
Review 8:We enjoyed the restaurant. The shower in the recently renovated room was particularly spacious.
Review 9:If you are British I would suggest that dining at the hotel might not live up to your expectations, they seem to push the French style of not cooking anything to the limit added to the fact that the meat is very tough, its a bit of a challenge.
Review 10:We enjoyed the location but caring and supportive staff made the stay even more worthwhile
Review 11:Parking was initially difficult to find; NO AC which normally wouldn't be a problem but we were there during a heat wave.
Review 12:Good location for what we were planning (hike to Gaverine falls). Staff was friendly but didn't have toouch interaction except for check-in/check-out.
Review 13:Staff difficult to find, but it was the quiet season. No interior blinds, you need to use the exterior shutters.
Review 14:Parking was easy. The building, with a separate entrance to the main building seemed to have been updated recently. Separate toilet from the bathroom.
Review 15:The bed was too soft. The towels were minute and scratchy. The shower was great but there was a lake in the bathroom after a shower! On day two the chambermaid did not replace our towels but just chucked the used ones from the floor onto the towel rail, not even folded. I am sure this was a one off. The hotel is a bit jaded and the curtains kept falling off!
Review 16:The position and the staff who were very friendly.
Review 17:Excelent price for a sky resort hotel in-season. Very well located in the heart of town. Close to bars, restaurants and shops. Super helpful and friendly staff and informal atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and come back.
Review 18:Nothing
Review 19:The hotel has a lovely old style feel in a perfect setting beside a swiftly flowing river surrounded by mountains. We were fortunate to have a large room on the third floor with superb views from all windows. Staff most friendly and attentive.
Review 20:Nothing really. Food isn't Cordon Bleu, but is regional and comes in generous quantities.
Review 21:Welcoming staff, great location in the centre of a buzzing village. Feels like the sort of hotel you went to with your parents, but updated with great showers and wi-fi. Easy parking too.
Review 22:Be careful of the balcony doors as the handles are very sharp, both myself and my partner sustained injuries from these doors! If you're a light sleeper, the river noise may keep you awake as it is loud but i guess you could always ask for a quiet room on the other side of the hotel and forego the view for the quiet?
Review 23:The owners couldn't do enough to help us, lovely modern room/en suite shower room with nice design and crisp white bed linen - very clean. Beautiful view from the bedroom balcony overlooking the river and up to the surrounding mountains. Storage for our bikes in their large garage (own bike lock required to be on safe side). Great location as well, right in the centre of Luz Saint Saveur although there is little noise from the small town and it it literally at the bottom of the Tourmalent mountain so great for just getting on your bike and up the mountain you go!

Review 56:We found the bar but there was no one to serve us drinks, so we had to go outside. They lost some money there... And the coffee was really bad, such a waste with a good breakfast
Review 57:Beautiful old house, very nicely renovated, staff was very helpful. Great location in the center of town. Very nice breakfast.
Review 58:The hotel had a smell of stale cooking-odd as the restaurant wasannoyingly closed when we stayed there. Room looked superficially cleanbut very grubby on closer inspection. Whole place needs a major facelift. Not a three star hotel.
Review 59:Great view from the loo!
Review 60:The restaurant staff was far from courteous.

Review 62:Restaurant decor looks tired. Breakfast is basic.
Review 63:A good location in the town centre. Great mountain views. Clean, simple rooms. Modern bathroom. Plenty of parking. Old fashioned feel to the hotel (may not suit everyone).
Review 64:Hotel restaurant menu was a bit limited
Review 65:Lovely hotel - quaint and old-style and very friendly; lovely to be somewhere that is not a chain. It is right in the town centre. We had a room on the top floor and it appeared to be recently renovated - really lovely overlooking the river. Restaurant staff very friendly
