Review 1：It's not actually a hotel but an apartment hotel, and I never received any instructions prior to arrival on location, where to get keys, etc. Normally when I have stayed at apartments booked over booking.com, I have received an email confirmation shortly after booking with indications about how to arrive and pick up keys, and it is clearly marketed as an apartment rather than a hotel. I was happy with the apartment but it means we were looking around for "Apollon hotel" and couldn't find anything. When we called the number from the reservation, there was no answer, and for a few minutes We were convinced we had fallen for a fraudulent listing.

Review 4：The service during our stay was incredible, we were greeted with friendliness and helpfulness, and felt that if we had a problem we would be helped immediately. The location of the property was right on the port of Sitia, and literally steps away from the beach and several cafés and restaurants. The room was spotless, modern, airy, and comfortable. There was a balcony that received a lot of fresh air, as well as a working air conditioner, both of which help to keep cool at night. The bathroom was modern, sizable, and very clean. Furthermore, this is a very reasonable price for such a nice room in a building which felt like it was a private apartment. This is definitely the best choice to stay for a few nights in Sitia, we highly recommend it.
