Review 1：We had bad luck with loud children in the spa - swimming pool. The parents were to blame, the hotel spa is otherwise very nice.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the evening meals were delicious (with plenty of vegetarian options) the leisure facilities were fabulous: sauna, steam room, indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzis, complimentary tea, breathtaking views... in a nutshell, all you could want from an afternoon's relaxation by the pool! We were the only British couple staying there (September) but we couldn't have felt more welcome! Wonderful hotel, wonderful town, wonderful holiday!

Review 9：The staff was very rude and several of them consistently expressed their discontent each time we tried to ask for help or get their attention after waiting a long time being completely ignored. During one day of the 5 days that we spent on this hotel the cleaning lady had left our door wide open so when we returned in the afternoon our door had been wide open for several hours. We had both computers, cash and jewelry inside the room so we had a complete shock when we came back from the hike. After searching through the room to see that all our belongings still were in place we told the receptionist about this and she just shrugged her shoulders in complete indifference and replied that there was nothing she could have done about it but that she would tell the cleaning lady. She didn't even appologize for the incident or ask if something was taken from us. This is a very nice hotel with great facilities but after spending 5 days with its staff that made us feel more like a problem then welcomed guests we feel that we would rather choose another place for our annual vacation in Mayrhofen.

They were not rude or anything but I get the impression they could be trained up better on quality customer service. If this was done I wouldn't be able to find fault with the hotel at all!

Review 33：Excellent location, very close to town centre but yet far enough away to feel secluded. The hotel also has a decent enough amount of land surrounding it and it feels private. Stunning views of ye mountains from rooms and pool. Facilities are excellent with the spa/pool area being a high standard. Food surprisingly good for hotel food but considering they farm a lot of their own produce this must help!

Review 34：It was walking distance from the ski lifts. The sauna was relatively big and modern. It wasn't crowded at any point. The food was good and the portions were big.

Review 36：Fabulous hotel with great leisure/wellness facilities. I stayed in a single room which was very comfortable and enjoyed a decent view up the valley from my balcony. The ski bus leaves from outside the hotel gates from 0815hrs onwards and links to the station no problem. The centre of Mayrhofen is a 15min walk away. The food at Hotel Edenlehen is fantastic,varied and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and look forward to returning one day!

Review 37：Most staff was not able to speak basic English, which is not that bad of course but sometimes we had miscommunication.

The half board was excellent, especially dinners were well-cooked and we were given choices out of menu. Spa was so relaxing after a day on the mountain, not to mention the warm swimming pool outside.

Review 39：A decent speed, free wireless internett connection is a must. We had to pay for a poor, slow connection. If possible they should work on connecting the pool and the spa area.

Review 42：The family owners and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom was spacious, with extremely comfortable beds, a seating area and balcony to sit and admire stunning views. It was always cleaned to a very high standard. Food was delicious and plentiful. Location perfect. Just outside Mayrhofen but only a few minutes walk to all facilities. We really enjoyed our stay at the Edenlehen.

Review 43：Everything, we were the only British in the hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful, we stayed for ten days on half board and didn't want to move on.

Review 44：The cleaning lady barged in on me twice! The second time she walked up to my bed where I was still laying and yelled at me! I had to explain that I was staying another night, after 5 minutes she left... It was rather upsetting considering I was sick and not happy to see her.

Review 53：Main lift has dreadful queues in morning. Can't ski to town so the lift back down at night is also awful. Queues on mountain lifts are very quick and not an issue. We went February half term so I would imagine anytime outside this period wouldn't be an issue.

Review 54：Excellent hotel. Fantastic pool/spa and fitness facilities. Excellent food. 6-7 minute walk to town centre and main Penkenbahn ski lift. 10 minute walk to Ahorn ski lift. Mayrhofen is a lovely atmospheric town. Ski-ing is superb and extensive - better suited to intermediate to advanced.

Review 60：Outdoor swimming pool was open from 7 o'clock in the morning , some guest even used it before 7 . Since most of the rooms are overlooking this swimming pool the noice made by these early brids prevented a long sleep .Just a quite swimmer is not a problem but some started a loud talking and used bubble and spray shower .

The room was sweet, not too big, but enough with great panoramicviews and comfy beds, as well as a nice balcony and lcd tv. The food wasvery good in the morning, in the evening we felt that it could bebetter, but still was very nice with large selections so anyone can findwhat to eat. The location is great, quiet, a short 10min walk from thetown center (which might be a minus for some and a plus for others).Conveniently located near many nature attractions, as from this valleythere are many smaller vallies enabling a "star" shaped trip.all in all, your vacation would feel like a dream here even though there could be some improvements (as always... no?)
