Review 1：The hotel is perfectly located, it is very close to the embankment and tsipouradikas, where we enjoyed very tasty seafood. In general, everything in the hotel was good and the staff was friendly

Review 2：Currently the Christmas Market is at the other side of the road, which creates a bit of noises until 22:00, but the windows are well soundproofed.

Review 3：Location is in walking distance to downtown Volos, free and secure parking under the hotel. Pelion mountain on one side, Mediterranean sea on the other side - beautiful place to stay there from spring to autumn.

Review 6：I had booked a smoke free room but that is not what I got. Either you offer smoke free or you do not, very simple. The breakfast was of very poor quality, it was actually quite sad both in terms of variety, taste and quantity. Over all not at a standard I would expect of a hotel of this sort but rather a youth hostel.

Review 20：I could not get wi-fi in my room so had to be in the hallway or go up and down the elevator. I needed wi-fi so had to get my provider from home which cost a bit. I asked them to pay for it or at least help and they flatly refused. Not cool

Review 25：one of the front desk staff loaned me his private computer charger (I had lost mine) . he went home especially to get it and came back to the hotel after his working hours. extremely generous!

Review 26：Smoking areas with open doors in the hotel. Most smoke-free areas (breakfast room and bar outside) smelled like smoke. Breakfast was ok but was a bit boring. We expected more regional products and better quality local food i.e. cheese pies were not home-made but rather dry fatty pre-frozen pies.

Review 87：A very good choice for your stay in the charming city of Volos, walking distance from the main promenade, the port if you travel to Skiathos, some of the most popular restaurants and mezedopolia. Staff are very professional. The rooms are stylish, spacious enough and furniture is of a good quality. If you have a car, a big plus is their parking because it is very difficult to park in the centre of Volos.

Review 97：It was adequate but the price was higher than other, better hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast was good, but the staff grumpy and brusque and unhelpful in the morning when I needed help in finding the location, prices and times for different ferries from the nearby docks. They were unwilling to put themselves out by telephoning for me, as I don't speak Greek and unhelpful in getting a taxi on time. Despite asking 3 times that the taxi arrive quickly, it was several minutes late for a ferry about to leave.The time pressure was due to their unhelpfulness. e.g. they shoved a ferry timetable at me but made no effort to help me find my way through it. Finally, clearly exasperated and making no secret if it, they did deign to help. This lost time. Normally there are long queues at the booking office, on this occasion there weren't - if there had been I would have missed the ferry.

Review 98：It was efficient and clean on arrival. The staff were courteous and welcoming when I arrived in the afternoon, but this changed overnight (see next box)

Review 99：Trying to find the correct way to the hotel with a car! The One way system was a bit confusing.

Review 100：As we were three adults sharing a triple room, the Concierge very kindly upgraded us to a junior suite. In fact all the staff were very attentive and the hotel in general made for a very pleasant overnight stay.

Review 102：Volos palace, is nice hotel because it is clean, near seaside, near docks and it has friendly staff. It is nice for familys because you may order 2 rooms with sharing door. Restaurant is nice too and it offers a lot of delicious food.
