Review 1：No television in the room, poor wifi in the lobby no wifi at all in th room.Counting what you eat & drink for breakfast/lunch/dinner..no comment. The pictures uploaded to booking.com absolutely far from the reality...Poor portion of food, really used furniture, dirty rooms, sofa, etc...All in all the hotel looks like in 1950s....Never again!
Review 2：Only one positive thing is the beach is 50m.
Review 3：Property was a bit tired but understandable considering impact from Greek economy.Choice of food was limited with little variety and impact of "all inclusive guests" on those who are on Bed & Breakfast or half board ,as some guests over engulfed and did not consider anyone else.Sometimes we had to wait for part of menu because it disappeared on to 1 or 2 quests plates.
Review 4：Proximity of beach,on the whole friendly staff who always tried their best to meet any requests made.Manager was very friendly and supportive.Very clean and tidy pool.

Review 6：the location is unique. the beach in front of the hotel is so beautiful. the hotel room was clean , bedsheets, toilet , common areas very clean also. the pool area was nice and the food tasty and well seeved. the price was a "plus" too.

Review 14：This was our first time in Crete and I must say thet we had a fantastic time. We found the hotel after getting lost on the island and reached there late afternoon. But, a quick dip in the beautiful pool swept our worries away. The hotel's manager Vasilis Tseronis is as polite and gracious as they come. The rooms were very comfortable with linen being changed daily. The breakfast was good with Vassilis personally attending to our needs. Overall, a really memorable stay. Thank you Creta Residence and all those who made us feel welcome.
Review 15：Perfect location right next to the beach. Stuff is very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, breakfast ok. Very nice pool. Excellent choice for a family holidays to a reasonable price.
