Review 1：tip for hotel: put a stand in the hall with info about your arrea, for ex. Good restaurants, clubs, places to see

Review 18：Nobody at the reception understands English, it's hard to get an explanation why the window in your room doesn't closes or why the air conditioning (responsible for heating) is so noisy.

Review 19：The whole hotel smells like 1000 Turks were smoking there for the last 1000 years, you ask for a non smoking room and that means it comes with an empty ashtray (like nobody was smoking in there for the last 5 minutes). Rooms are so small that you don't really have where to put your luggage, the space between the bed and walls is to tiny that you can't fit a suitcase. There's no way to easily close a door (on the outside) so, whenever you go out, you have to heavily slam the door against the wall, and that makes a huge noise. Then, when you're in the room, you have to support all other 100 slams per minute other guests are doing.

Review 22：My room smelled of urine. I did complain and they sprayed a lot of freshener into room however when I returned some hours later it was stinking again. I couldn't use the pillow it was stinking of urine. Disgusting. There isn't much in the area but that was fine for us as we were only staying one night as we were attending a concert.

They said that they didn 't do anything. I called them, but the staff said only I don 't know. I contact with the head office. They said that they will investigate this problem.

Review 55：I requested a quiet room, and got an extremely loud one. After complaining, staff tried to avoid to give me another room, by asking if touched anything, saying they are completely full and if I really added this comment during my reservation. Finally I insisted and got another room. They solved the problem, but left a sober feeling. For WLAN you need to register with your mobile phone number with SMS and I did not receive the registration SMS. You cannot restart again, and therefore it did not work. Finally staff used his private phone for registration and then it worked. But it took me more than 30 minutes in the evening. Very basic room (e.g. no hairdrayer). In description it was mentioned that breakfast starts at 6am, but at the hotel, it only started at 6.30. As I had to leave at 6.30, I could not take breakfast.
