Review 1：1. Not as advertised-- No indoor pool - Unprofessional spa, understaffed, staff is unprofessional. 2. Terrible mattress 3. HOTEL MANAGER- unreliable, inattentive to guests problems- told us his main objective is to make money and not care for our comfort or help with our problems. 4. BE WARE OF THE ANNEX- make sure that your room is not there! it is down a steep heel- hard to clime! not for elderly!! 5. Food is very very English, oily, not fresh enough.

Review 3：Lovely relaxing holiday with extremely friendly staff in a great location. Only comment I would like to make, is that it would be good to have a small shop on site to purchase goods for the rooms, gifts etc.

Review 4：Description as it says in the hillside. Perfect quiet setting. Wîth in easy reach of Bali beaches and village by car. Best hotel in Greece I've stayed in. Beds comfy good bathroom . 5* Crete not 5* English but then the price is not 5* English. Excellent value for money. Food - something for everyone Pools - lovely Family suite - plenty of room for family of 4 we had 2 teenage children with us And non invasive entertainment in the evening If u like noise and dancing this is not a hotel for you it is the complete opposite

Review 5：Water, even in the spa, was not heated, a pitty. Food was ok, but given the price level, very much acceptable. Wifi should be free or at least cheaper to make the stay more comfortable.

Review 6：Beautiful surroundings, helpful staff, a nice place to relax. The nearby village has a great taverna on the beach.

Review 7：Really didn't like the staff; well, let's say the management mainly. They always tried to cheat on you and weren't transparent about what you needed to pay. When I tried to talk to them they were very sarcastic. I definitely wouldn't come back.

Review 11：Our major compaint was the perpetual Music . There is no need for a tape playing at breakfast or during the day . soft romantic type music is OK in the evenings . The music from the LIthus bar was mindless , awful and unnecessary particularly as it was so little used . If guests want music let them use their I pod . .

Review 12：The location . the layout of the hotel , the buffet meals , the pools though a bit chilly ! the weather , the staff who were helpful and respectful , room 442 was very good but rather spoilt by the concrete balcony wall , we would have preferred glass or railings

Review 13：it was a very spontanous decision to go to this place, i was completely overstressed and seeked for massage, a pool and a nice place near the sea. on a sunday flight booked and hotel booked, on wednesday i was there. i had a very warm and informative welcome at the hotel and a superior room. rooms are clean and wellspaced. there is a shuttle offered that brings you to bali and the own beach from the hotel, so you do not even need a car. i was so stressed up, that i had a treatment every day when i was there, and they made very it very good. breakfast & dinner: i preferred local cuisine and was very impressed of the good local variety and quality of the food, i do not like sweets a lot, so i didn't try them. i also asked for a different coffee in the morning, besides that is offered for breakfast, and the very staff made it possible. the staff is very motivated and and alert to your needs. but like everywhere, you need to communicate with them and tell what you want, i am sure, they will try their best and are motivated to improve that in the future.

Review 16：Staff were excellent especially Georgia, restaurant Dimitris and Ervin.Driver Michael. The barman is full of energy and drive. Last but not lleast the managing Director/ Owner who makes you really comfortable.

They did it the next day.- Grass was cut 2 days after we arrived- Trash in grass and bushes- Pool needs to be repainted- Half of our garden lights were broken- Just got one room key when we arrived but were 4ppl- Asked for iron the day we arrived and was told we would get it the following morning/was not there and had to get it on our own.- Didn't know it was a buffet and thought it would be an a la carte restaurant in the evenings. A la carte is in the other hotel which is in town 10min by car (if u have one).- Our cleaning lady was in charge of the breakfast buffet in the mornings.- Food in general was very mediocre- This hotel has absolutely nothing to do with a 5 star! Maximum a 3.- Ripped napkins at dinner.- If you expect a view, there is no view, only hills and loud crickets.- The villa's all face the hotel rather than the hills.- Called the room service to find out what a "mixed variety" was on their menu and they didn't know. Told us to call the cook, did so and the cook hung up on us twice until the bar guy told us finally what it was.- The room service food turned out to be cold (the time it took them to walk down).- Cushions on the sofa's outside the villa were damaged and torn.- After 4 days of staying in the hotel the bed sheets were still not changed in both rooms.Called 2 times to change it and after more than 2h still no one. Went to reception and complained - cleaning lady needed to knock at the villa next to ours for fresh sheets as nobody filled ours up.- No fresh glasses and cups daily.

Review 43：The hotel is modern and luxurious. It is everything you would expect from first class establishment. The setting is lovely and there are great views of the surrounding valley. The food was delicious,and an abundant variety of fresh and cooked dishes in the buffet, both in the evening and at breakfast.
