Review 1：There was no signage and directions given on the booking website are not helpful. I had to call them as well as stop the car and ask passers-by for help a couple of times. The furniture was really dated and there was a very old refridgerator in my room which didn't work. The bed was ok but not very comfortable and although the hotel was very clean in general, I didn't appreciate the existence the pubic hair on my clean sheets. Not good value for money for a solo traveller.

Review 2：The hotel is off the beaten track, in a quiet location, just on the right handside when you enter Matala. It was very clean and well maintened and offers a small swimming pool with a bar/cafe area which has the feel of one's own back garden. Well proportioned rooms with A/C and balconies.

Review 3：Misleading name, I've had much hartier breakfasts in Crete, too far of a walk to the beach in the scorching heat, no daily cleaning service, hard bed. Decent price, but I've received far more for 55 euros.
