Review 1：The waiteress at Tadd's cafe rather impatient and not friendly when we had our first dinner over there.

Review 2：I like their warm , friendly and fast services. Special commendation to Hendra,Dian Patrama and Jeffrey over there.. Overall fairly good experience.

Review 5：I had so much frustration with the reservations people. Been emailing them to and fro about my credit card which they actually got the wrong number and said it keeps declining. No apology, no service recovery Staff were mainly friendly but its more like trained to be nice asking how was your stay every time we see them. I dont even know if they take feedbacks seriously. We had to call them for Ice more then 10 times. Apparently they cant give too much ice at 1 go. So we need to wait 15-20 mins each time There were defects at the bathroom door, sounds like a crack! Each time I close it. Thank god I didnt break it. I did bring some feedback to the FO, the lady just said she will let her management know.... Sounds very norm.

Review 7：The food can be better. It is 30mins away from the shopping area. The buggy took a long time to come during peak periods (e.g. breakfast time and check out time).

Review 15：The best part of the stay was the view. We booked a 2 bedroom sea front villa. Spectacular view. The staff was very courteous and they gave their best to accede to your requests from the ferry terminal to the end of the stay. I can't remember names. All the staff are highly capable and they multitask to help out one another during the peak period. My kids definitely want to come back to experience another in villa bbq. Chef Imam and Agus were great and made us feel like royalty.

Staff although very friendly need to understand personal space, During our stay, Towels hooks were missing, air conditioning leaked water, Floor mats were starting to break up, Stains on the floor in the bathroom, loose tap fittings, Balcony doors starting to cease. With regards to personal space, please ask the guests if they would like a ' breakfast ' call. We didn't appreciate being awoken. When late check outs are approved, at no point should a staff request, over the phone, for house keeping to turn the room as the guest packs. This comes across very unprofessional.

Once I saw that there was a staff arranged to give balloon animal to kids during breakfast and that sight really touched me. I thought it was only something I could see in advertisements. Housekeeping was excellent too. Water delivered daily. Room service delivered and cleared fast. All in all it exceeded my expectations. A good job well done.

The outdoor bar (Tiigo) looked like it would be a lot of fun if it had been full; but was in fact closed by 10:30pm -- granted, I visited on a weekday and the resort was fairly empty. While the view is great from the villas' rooftop terraces, these look a bit sparse and unused. I guess they would be fun for a party or a BBQ.

The spa is serene and enticing. Resort staff is kind, welcoming, and helpful. A great weekend break, less than an hour from Singapore at a relatively reasonable cost.

Review 87：The service was undeniable. Very very good service and i couldn't expect it to be this good. Overall staffs service, attitude, sincerity was like 9-9.5 points for me, which makes me feels like Japan good services. But there's one who make a really good impression which is a Korean guy named Hong Jin Young. He makes me feel like a closed friend welcoming you with very good and detailed explanation + the warmest smile to welcome you. Took his name after i check-out for this review. The Spa was really good too and the service was perfect.

Review 98：As the villas are all in white, you can tell that it's hard to maintain, we noticed spot here and there, but not disturbing. You'll see the staff try their best to maintain the level of cleanliness. Since our stay was due to special weekend getaway, unfortunately the in-villa BBQ was not available, which we were looking forward to experience. Otherwise, the Tiigo Grill menu was filling and delicious!

Review 99：Easy Access from Singapore (30-40mins). The Staff were friendly and helpful, putting their best effort to make our stay stress free and special. The villas are spacious and the restaurant options were suffice.

Review 100：Living area and toilets weren't clean. Aircon didn't work in one bedroom for both nights that we were there. On the second day when we feedback about the aircon, engineers were sent to repair and we were informed that the issue was rectified. Alas, at night the aircon didn't work again and two of my family members had utterly horrible sleep. The front desk offered to change our villa but it was already midnight and my 8 month old son was fast asleep in the other room. They offered us complimentary late checkout due to the aircon issue but I felt more could have been done.

Review 113：The spa villa was spacious and comfortable, with an alfresco dining area next to a private pool overlooking the beach. The master bedroom had a very comfortable poster bed, and had a large attached bathroom that has a free-standing bathtub right in he middle, with a covered ceiling that allows natural light in while keeping the elements out. Overall a very nice experience.

Review 114：The villa is very big but unable to accomdate many people. Max occupancy is for 5. The floor is abit dirty, need to wear slippers around the villa.

Review 115：The staff are very polite in serving us! The villa provide buggy service which is very convenient to travel around the villa! If you want to visit the nearest mall in town, the staff will help you get a cab and fetch you from the villa. IT IS WAY TOO AWESOME STAY!

Review 116：Checked in at 8pm cos there's no available early check-in on our day of arrival hence we made a trip to Nagoya Mall instead of waiting aimlessly for 3 hours before checking-in. There's no sea sports facilities unless we go to Turi Beach Resort, and even the pool table is chargeable at S$15-20 per hour @ Tiigo! Ridiculous! At the breakfast table, you can see flies landing on those fruit platters, salad & bread spread in the open. Come to the day of checking-out, I wrote to their reservation personnel some weeks ago to ask for 2 hours late check out and guess what? It's chargeable at S$50 again. I thought since we checked-in so late as there were no choice for us to check-in earlier, they would at least waive the late check-out but no, so we had to spend another 3 hours aimlessly at Montigo doing nothing before we head to the ferry terminal. Cab ride to Nagoya was S$22 one way as Montigo's chargeable shuttle bus only has one trip at 10am daily! So if you are not prepared to be ripped at Montigo, do plan your getaway to other neighbouring places like, Bail or Australia instead. Why I'm so disappointed is that we paid a much higher premium during this season but the service that we received is not worth a bit of what we paid for. So do you think we will return to Montigo again? Let alone getting our friends & loved ones to visit!

Review 123：Stayed at the resort for 1 night with 3 friends in a 2-bedroom villa. The beautifully designed villa, built on a hill, had a fantastic view of the sea and was very spacious and clean. The infinity pool on the first floor is perfect for just chilling and gazing at the stars at night. The bedrooms were big and and the beds heavenly. The food at the Chinese and Indonesian restaurants were fantastic and very reasonably priced. What to me was the icing on the cake was the service rendered by the genuinely friendly and helpful staff. No request was too much to ask. Definitely a good place for a short stay.

That is quite costly for a resort with nothing much to do around the location. Rooms are badly maintained. there are ants everywhere and the side of the pool are filled with algae. It is a decent stay but definitely not worth for that cost. i would say it'd probably worth SGD300 per night not 600++

Review 136：Main door is open concept! A lot of flies, bugs, cockroaches can get in easily to the bedrooms! Cockroach on bed, curtain and crawling in the villa! Huge spiders were seen in the villa too! Masterbedrrom bathroom is dirty with spiders at the corners of the walls. A lot of mosquitoes at dining restaurants. Stains of birds' droppings on the chairs at buffet restaurant!

Please note that the rate is based on total person registered, and the maximum occupancy per villa is 5 persons including children. Any number of guests outside the mentioned are considered as extra guests and may incur extra charges. For 3rd and 4th guests, it will cost IDR 484,000 nett per person per night, and for the 5th person will cost at IDR 1,210,000 nett per person per night.
