The family-run Berkeley Morecambe is situated on the west promenade overlooking the Lakeland hills and Morecambe Bay. The guest house offers free Wi-Fi, its own bar, and is just a 15-minute drive from historic Lancaster.
The Berkeley offers a TV lounge with a large bay window overlooking the bay. The separate bar features a flat-screen TV with Nintendo Wii and pub games. Guest rooms offer TV with Freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, and an en suite electric shower room.
In the mornings, breakfast is cooked to order with local produce. The bar offers a selection of beverages and snacks throughout the day and evening meals are available on request.

Review 25：The Berkeley is a fantastic Guesthouse with lovely caring owners (Mal and Colette) and everyone is very friendly. It is outstanding in appearance and cleanliness, and has the most beautiful garden in Morecambe. Also, it is in an ideal position and is only a short walk away from the Railway Station and Bus Station.

Review 31：The owners went out of their way to accommodate me with my (recovering) broken leg and even made up a breakfast table on the ground floor so I didn't have to tackle the stairs. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was lovely to have a selection of teas in the room including green tea - thank you. Do take time to cross the road and look through the 'picture frame' for a fantastic view of the Lakes.

Review 38：Nice and friendly welcome when I arrived. All the staff were friendly throughout my stay. Breakfast was great! The room and hotel were nicely decorated and not dated. There is lots of free parking so it didn't take long to find a parking place close by.

I am a Lancastrian from Birth I was born in 1954 in Liverpool when it was Lancashire. Gods country as I always say. Yorkshire where I live isn't on the same planet when it comes to having fun and enjoyment. We will be coming back to the Berkeley. I esp loved the fete weekend with all the vintage cars and the various groups and dancing and entertainment provided free of charge. wonderful.

Review 66：We arrived @ the Berkeley guest house to be greeted by a wonderful young lady called Colette, showed us to our room which was beautiful and spotless clean (4 poster room) and had everything we needed in there inc clean towels, the view was gorgeous, the breakfast was lovely and filling and mel even went out of his way to do the beans exactly how I wanted them, ( with fried onion in them) ! The beach is exactly opposite the guest house, which is lovely, the communal living room is gorgeous with sea views, staff were friendly, house was quiet so could get to sleep zzz . All in all a lovely stay , and would defo stay there again ,,, thank you Colette & mel for a lovely stay ...

Review 77：Using the toilet was very awkward, my knee was touching the wall. Bathroom floor is too noisy when walked on it. Wi-Fi coverage was very poor in my room then most of the time I couldn't get any signal at all. They only serve one sausages on traditional English breakfast (they were nice maybe I was too greedy)

Review 79：Very convenient for coast to coast cycle ride. We had a good look at Morcambe and Erics Pub where food and drink v afordable. Next morning an excellent breakfast sent us on our way to start the 172 miles to Bridlington and the Yorks coast.

Both rooms were spotless and well appointed. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were lovely too. Basically there was nothing less than great that I can say.
