Review 1：Had little problem with the Wifi I purchased, but Julie gave me wifi FOC after the probs.

Review 8：Worst value for money I have ever experienced. Mini fridge in the room didn't work, staff managed to replace it but water from the fridge leaked all over the floor. I've never had to pay a daily rate for air con use, especially in a climate such as the Greek Islands - be very wary of this. No free wifi, despite every other restaurant and bar offering free wifi. As a paying guest of a hotel I find being charged €6 for 24hrs of wifi disgusting. Even if you are desperate for wifi, don't pay as it doesn't work. There is a loud bar right next to the hotel that plays loud music until around 2am and if you haven't paid for air con then you need to leave all doors and windows open in the hope to catch a breeze but then the music will keep you up. Overall this hotel reeks of hidden costs and trying to squeeze you for every dollar. Avoid.

Review 12：There were a lot of extra costs and hidden expenses which we didn't appreciate. For example, we needed WIFI to check in to our flight back, we were promised a high speed internet connection. However, most of the time it did not work. It was annoying that we had to pay extra for bad internet when it was free at McDonalds with much better quality.

Review 19：Very helpful staff, quick check-in. Last day they offered us a free late check-out until 5:00 pm. The room and the hotel was clean. Our room was cleaned every day. The location is very good if You want to spend a quiet, relaxing week it is a good choice. The beach was clean, and the beach-service offered by the hotel was also good.

Review 22：The rooms were clean; all the staff were friendly- every single one, Katerina (owner); Mike, Julie, Irene, Lynn and Jim in the bar, George, Peter and Wayne on the beach- all of them were enthusiastic and extremely helpful, the water sports offered were fantastic and the food and cocktails were delicious. The staff couldn't do enough to help make our stay the best ever. The pool area was never overcrowded with towels saving sun beds and the staff regularly came to check to see if food or drink was needed - perfect! I can't wait to come back! Thanks guys!

Review 23：-Terrible smell both in the room and corridors. Even in the closets. -Very small and funny shaped washing basin.you can not take shower comfortably. -Shower cabin door was useless. Everywhere gets wet when you take a shower. - very difficult to find somebody at the reception area to get answer to your inquiries.

Review 62：Additional cost for sunbeds although the hotel is the owner of them. Small rooms with antique furniture. And,although we asked for a double room, we were told that all rooms with double beds still have an extra bed in the room that used space unnecessarily. A very small bathroom where malfunction door (all doors need replacing or even essential), with a bath that you could not sit than stand, it would be best to put a shower. Water was overflowing the bathroom after less than 3 minutes i've took a shower.
