Review 2：this is located sea side but actually sea is not one of the most beatiful one (not very attractive to swim) , generally facility is good

Review 35：We booked a suite room for 2 days but when we came to hotel the hotelstaff and the wife of the owner of the hotel said that we had twochance: one suite room at the downstairs or two double bedroom rooms. Wesaid that we booked a suite which was not downstairs. They alsodidn't mention the suite at the downstairs in the booking.com'sofficial web site. I also said that we have a 11 years old child and ifwe take two double room he can't stay alone, he is very young to bealone I think but the hotel staff said that the hotel is not dangerousfor my child. I think this was horrible thought...At the end we had tostay a double room with extra bed for my son. Our other complaint is ;one week ago we want to change the dates of our holiday but wecouldn't because according to hotel policy we can't change thedates. It is not fair; you can't change your dates but the hotel canchange your reservation!!!! I think they sold our reserved room toanother family and when we came to hotel they wanted to solve thisproblem with their unprofessional ways. They also gave their apologisesand they offered to us free dinner but we didn't aceepted. TheIt wasvery bad experience for us.
