Review 1：Could not adjust the room temperature so room was too hot at night

Review 3：Whilst the hotel and it's setting are fabulous, it's not the most convenient ski hotel. It's a good 20 minutes on the bus to the glacier, and getting back can be a bit of a pain as the busses can be rammed. Otherwise, facilities for skiers are great, with a large ski room which even includes a workbench for servicing your skis.

Review 4：The facilities in the hotel were great. We all enjoyed the food and the spa - which we used every day. The place is very clean and well maintained and the owners obviously take great pride in the place and ensuring high standards throughout.

Review 5：The hotel has a new building and an old one. Pictures on the site are from the new part of the hotel. But we received a room in the old building, it was clean, but the room wasn't so spacious and nice, the beds were unconfortable, not the matress but the bed edge was too high and hurting every time I went in or out of the bed. We didn't had a bath tube, only a shower which was leaking. We asked for another room, but they offered us a room half of the space of the first one, so we refuse it.
