R&R Scotland offers a range of elegant 2-bedroom Edinburgh apartments, all less than 10 minutes’ drive from the city centre. With a welcome pack on arrival, each apartment has free Wi-Fi and offers services including a luxurious airport transfer.
Each apartment is individually styled and has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and hairdryer. All have a dining area and living room with a flat-screen TV.
All R&R Scotland apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Kitchenware, ironing facilities, linens and towels are all included.
All guests are met in person on arrival, with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and hot chocolate provided. R&R are able to arrange baby-sitting services, pet care and transfer by Mercedes from Edinburgh Airport or Waverley Train Station.
Edinburgh offers a variety of city centre attractions, including the National Museum of Scotland, Festival Theatre and, most famously, Edinburgh Castle. The Scottish National Gallery and an array of shops and restaurants can also be found in the Scottish capital.

Review 1：Didn't get the flat I booked. We booked the basement flat with garden (15a) but despite getting confirmation of this we got the ground floor (15) when we arrived. It was really draughty and cold, no curtains and shutters didn't close fully in lounge. Wifi was useless. Lounge was filthy. Two seats with stains all over them were disgusting. Crumbs all over tables. Smelled of stale pot pourri. Hairs on beds, cutlery dirty. Just had to ditch it and go somewhere else. Owners didn't respond to my email.

Review 13：Housekeeper was at the apartment on arrival - no hassle having to pick up keys from an office! Gavin was really helpful texting to check arrival times and ensure someone was around to greet us. Housekeeper showed us around, really helpful lady! Apartment very spacious- as 2 couples we were really happy with 2 lovely large bedrooms as we usually have to toss a coin for the big bedroom! Kitchen very well equipped, neighbours friendly, lots of information on local area in the apartment. Ten minutes walk down to the grassmarket, princess street and castle - ideal! Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend, thanks! We will be back.

Review 15：The location is quite good, just behind the castle. The apartment is fantastic, big and clean. The host is so considerable providing everything you want, even the heat bag (hot water rubber bag). The apartment not only contains 2 main bed rooms, but also a kid room, and a super nice garden. We all love this apartment, will definitely recommend to others.

Review 19：Location, location, location!!! This was so close to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile it made our visit fantastic. Our host was excellent, the apt. was just perfect. Enjoyed our visit.
Review 20：Great location, walking distance from pretty much everything - the old town and castle, as well as the new town, Waverly station etc. Very comfortable, and had everything we needed for the weekend. Also had a very nice little garden, and a view of the castle.
Review 21：Not a major problem but the only downside to this flat was the lack of nearby parking. The parking on the road outside was for a maximum of 4 hours and cost £1.20 per hour. However it was possible to park for free over the week-end from 1830 on Friday to 0830 on Monday. We left our car at a free location a 20 minute walk away.

Review 23：Excellent location to explore the Royal Mile and surrounding areas. Gavin is truly an excellent host that goes well above the call of service to make your visit stress free and memorable. Review 24：RandR arranged for us to be collected from the airport and even though our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight Gavin was at the apartment to meet us and show us round.
Review 25：It was a gorgeous apartment in a nice residential area,decorated to the highest standard and anything one could possibly want was supplied. Gavin gave us a very warm welcome and was exceptionally helpful.
Review 26：a bit dark in the daytime as its lower ground floor, but not a problem if you're out and about all day.
Review 27：The flat is large and spacious. It has good facilities. it is near supermarkets and sights. It was nice to have the independence of your own flat. The flat would be very cosy in winter as you have your own log fire!

Review 29：From the handy location to the friendliness of the staff, this property exceeded expectations. I am a regular traveller, so sometimes disappointed when reality doesn't compare with a web description, but this came up trumps in every aspect

Review 33：As soon as we walked in we were overwhelmed with the beauty, comfort and historic feel to the apt! It was large and airy with a dining room opening onto the garden. Beds were comfy, kitchen great and water always hot. We will always stay with R&R from now on. Staff were warm, welcoming and enjoyable to know. We felt like we had been given a precious gift in the middle of our vacation.!
Review 34：We never did figure out how to run the heaters and also found out too late that we needed to dial two zero's to use the phone number to call about the heaters.

Review 84：The only downside is no reserved parking space close to the accommodation - you can either park in the near vicinity in paid parking spaces, where you would have to move your car around every 4 hours, or park in the further residential areas on the street where it is free and unlimited and rather safe - we kept our car in a street about 30-40 min walk from the apartment for 2 days and it was sound and safe. I suggest finding some long term paid parking in advance otherwise.
Review 85：The Rorro' 7(2) Bruntsfield Avenue, Edinburgh: Visiting Edinburgh for the first time we were really lucky to choose this accommodation 0 the apartment is lovely. It looks so much better in reality than in the photos. Gavin, meeting us upon arrival, was very helpful not only with the information about the apartment, but also giving tips about things to see/do around town. The apartment is about 30 min walk from the Edinburgh castle and city centre - so no need to use public transport etc, just a nice stroll down the road for the main attractions.
Review 86：We stayed at The Karaka, which is very cosy and quiet. Jan welcomed us and we immediately felt at home. The only regret is that we could not stay longer!
