Review 1：Claimed 5 star spa hotel, no way! Beautifull pool area is open to the public for a few euros and becomes noisy and unpleasant. Apparently the management encourage this. Not the tranquil experience we had looked for. Ok for families not for couples seeking 5 star peace and rest.

Review 5：We didn't like the fact that the outdoor swimming pool could be used by outsiders. A five star hotel should not have such a policy since it degrades its status and make you feel that you are using a public swimming pool.

Review 13：It was very noisy because it is situated in a central spot of Agria. Moreover, each night there was a marriage reception or a christening party and we could not enjoy the restaurants of the hotel.

The facilities are falling apart due to poor maintenance, especially the bathrooms need urgent repair - vents were not working, the doors were not closing properly, the sinks were inconvenient for use. Additionally, the ventilation in the corridors was missing and there was smelly air, odors from the kitchen were entering the first floor rooms. Final conclusion - not 5, but 3-4 stars warned-out hotel, unacceptably overpriced.

Review 49：The location is different from the address they advertise on booking, this hotel is not in Volos, it's 5 km away, in the next town. The smell of mould on hallways and rooms, poorly illuminated parking and outside in general. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!

Review 50：Despite it is a new hotel, it is not well maintained, a lot of broken staff , cigarette burns, curtains off the hooks etc.. It is so dark in the Lobby , corridors , stairs etc. that reminds you of a Batman movie.

Review 52：The staff was not all that professional.During breakfast there were no plates,no bread,low food on trays and most of the guests in the breakfast area were frustrated and annoyed by the lack of service. The time was 9:45 am so they should have been better prepared especially when the hotel was fully-booked. The pool area is too small for the number of guests it accommodates Also when I made my reservation for some reason my AMEX didn't go through as the receptionist claimed which implied that there was something wrong with my credit card.The fact is that a few hours after booking with you I charged my c. card for a quite substantial amount so even if true he/she should have been more discreet. It's the little things that make the difference.

Review 64：This hotel is a 2 stars disguise in a 5 stars. It is written five starsat the front but nothing inside is 5 stars. The prices for 3 nights isnormally the price for one night in a true five stars, that is thereason you cannot really complain. But you must know everything here ischeap : no doorman, the parking is supposed to be secured it is open allnight long with nobody at the entrance, after a bath all the water wentaway in the bathroom (they managed to repair it but after we have to letthe window opened all night because if the smell !) not a word ofexcuse, nothing... This hotel is like a wrong casting. We went to LedaHotel that is exactly what it said it is !

Review 70：Slightly uncomfortable bed, it felt a bit like sinking in the mattress. The door going to the balcony was a bit damaged, but you it was closing properly so it was ok. Staff responsible for the breakfast looked very busy and stressed, prossibly because hotel was really busy due to Monday being bank holiday. For a romance weekend I would choose something more cosy and warm.

Review 71：Very suitable location for going around Pilio mountain. Breakfast was very good. Reception staff was very polite. Luxurious and superclean hotel. Everything was near. Ski resort, Volos city, Tsagarada, etc.
