Review 1：Got caught up in traffic so arrived late and no one there, eventually got attention of staff that were in the kitchen. Moral do not be late or ring up to make necessary arrangements.
Review 2：Lovely room, spacious and clean.
Review 3：Shower door came off its hinges and was heavy glass, luckily it did not break but girlfriend was not impressed as was I....also shower head was black with mould.

Review 5：Poorly sound insulated between rooms. OK in the week as people are generally on business and need to sleep, but could be a problem on the weekends. They did not have my booking details on their system when I arrived - luckily they had three rooms available anyway..**phone to confirm booking with the hotel** or you may have no where to sleep

Review 11：Mattresses appeared to be badly put together. Beds not made properly. Sheets had holes in, and were not 100% clean. No sound-proofing between rooms. Got no sleep at all thanks to a large party of people in the room on one side, and loud sex noises all through the night on the other. Seems to be very popular with people who just want to party or use it as a knocking shop.

Recently refurbished our chalet was great, a couple of snagging issues that we mentioned at the time which although did nothing to detract from our experience, others more nitpicking may have thought so, We had an excellent meal in the restaurant, a real treat.

Review 25：The decor and space of the family room was perfect. Ideal accommodation for a wheelchair user. Me and my disabled son enjoyed our stay and will say there again when visiting relatives.

Review 53：the room was worth the price I payed very spacious. Also had a meal in the restaurant and the food was gorgeous. Made to feel welcome and the staff were polite. Ended up coming home with a balloon and a rose hehe! Loved my stay.
Review 54：Comfortable room, spacious and good value for money! Rooms just needed a little TLC, my partner opened a draw and draw fell off onto his hand so it had just been propped up instead of replacing and we had an empty yoghurt pot for a bin lol. But You get what you pay for! :)
