Review 2：See my other review of this hotel. We'd booked for two nights and liked it so much within minutes of arrival we booked an extra night.

Review 4：What did we like? Friendly, efficient, helpful but unobtrusive staff. Room size and 90m², exclusive, roof terrace; comfortable beds; outdoor furniture & sun beds on the terrace; kitchenette area with kettle, sink & fridge (separate from bedroom); lift to all floors; free, private parking; room cleaned / beds made daily (although we never actually saw the staff). View over harbour and bay; central location with shops, restaurants, cafés, banks etc., within 2-3 minutes stroll. We'd booked for two nights but having seen the room and encountered some of the staff we immediately booked a third night. We live in western Crete but this was our first trip to the distant east. We liked the town of Siteia and would be happy to visit again and spend longer in the area. When we do so we'll make sure that Room 401 at Elysee Hotel is available before we arrange anything else.

Review 5：Receptionist went to a bit of trouble to get info re transfers in santorini as we were arriving very late. Also had parking when we hired a car. Comfortable hotel.

Review 12：Bathrooms are generally (in Crete) of a lesser quality than the room itself. Set breakfast means: every day the same. Buffet breakfast gives more choice.

Review 14：The location was perfect, balcony overlooking the sea, ideal for a glass or two of local wine to while away the evening. Very clean room, plenty of storage space full size refrigerator, all inclusive air-conditioning and safety deposit box plus excellent Wi-Fi reception.

Review 17：We paid for extra day to stay until the 10:00 PM when Astra Airlines has a direct flight to Athens. Just a warning to other travelers and it was worth paying for another day to enjoy the hotel room and town although no break was given for not having breakfast.

Review 18：We had the superior sea front room with nice terrace. Big room with kitchen. The terrace as a 360 view of town and sea. I think the best room in the city. The staff were super nice. The value is excellent. The restaurants right outside the hotel are great. Breakfast was included. The coffee weak but a big pot and the cheese nice. The ham of low quality. Review 20：Comfortable small hotel in a good location. I had a room with a good view over the harbour and town. No inflated prices in the restaurants. Very little traffic noise as the hotel is almost on the waterside. Staff always tried to please.

Review 28：This hotel is in a great location for exploring eastern Crete. Our view of the harbour from the room was awesome. There is a beach nearby including the shops. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 29：Although we enjoyed our stay immensely, unfortunately, at times, the noise levels in the common areas (hallway, lift, stairs) outside our room were extremely annoying, as they woke us up on many occasions. Also, the rooms at the back, on the lower floors were not as nice as the front rooms, because the "City View" as described on the web, was a view of the parking lot with a car wash across the road. The back rooms which were higher up were a lot better.

Review 30：Great location right on the beach of Sitia and almost in the heart of the city shopping centre, with parking around the back. Breakfast was simple but extremely well prepared and served. Cleaning was immaculate and staff members extremely friendly and helpful. We had a front room on the first floor with a beautiful sea view of the beach and Sitia Port. Any small glitches were compensated by the friendly smiling staff members and the fresh clean smell of our rooms!! Will definitely be visiting again!

Review 32：I only needed a bed for one night. Had to take the only remaining deluxe room. It was on the top floor of the hotel with a giant terrace overlooking the ocean. I would go back just to enjoy that terrace.

Review 66：The hotel has very good location in first line around harbour, near to nice city beach. The view from the balcony was really wonderful. Plenty tavernas as well two supermarkets are in close distance. Room was spacious, equipped with all necessary. Hotel provides own private shielded parking cost free. Personnel were very helpful. WiFi connection worked in our room without any problem. The hotel was a good choice from value for money point of view.

Review 70：Elysse hotel i Sitia is very nice. Only 2 stars but the people are really nice. The woman in the reception was so nice. We booked a three bed room with a view over the harbour (even if we are 4 people). She would have changed our room for free to a four beds room but with no view. I wanted the view so we stayed in the smaller room. Our children are small so it is ok so far. Room was nice and clean. Beds comfortable- I like them a bit hard so it was really comfortable for me. Wonderful view over the bay and the harbour. Very nice! The bathroom was a typical greek bathroom - no luxuy but ok. Breakfast was nice. I could get a frappe with no extra charge. The breakfast contained eggs, cheese, ham and bread with jams etc. And a good cake. Nice and simple. The woman who made breakfast was also very nice. The hotel is in the center – close to the beach and close to many restaurants in the harbour. At the beach you dont have to pay for the sunbeds as long as you order something to drink or eat. We stayed there for 2 nights on our way around Crete and the islands.
