Review 1：My hangover. Ha!

Review 2：The owners were very very nice and the room was excellent. Ceiling fan, deck with a sea view, super close to the beach. It was exactly what we wanted.

Review 3：Very disappointed we were not given a sea view room as we had requested, especially when after we had checked in another couple arrived and were put into one of the seaview rooms. As it was our wedding anniversary, I had advised them, in the hope we would have somewhere special to stay. Room 2 is right near the office and we had no privacy from other people coming and going.

Review 6：Liked Matala a lot, full of friendly people. The owner waited up for us. We got lost and were very late. She helped us find food at 1am and gave us free coffee as we were waiting to leave. Really modern rooms, very clean. Loved it.

Review 7：Poor welcome from a gentleman who smelt of stale cigaret smoke, Room poor. Poor shower with a very long time to get hot water. A/C cut out at night. Very poor TV coverage.. Very hard pillows. Breakfast a rip off at €7. Towels poor quality

Review 19：The beautiful garden providing shade and color, the large private patio in front of our room, the convenient location for walking to anything in Matala, the reserved parking spaces nearby, the kitchenette for making our own breakfast since we don't eat lots at breakfast and don't need a buffet.

Review 20：This family-owned and operated hotel is nicely situated in Matala Central. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable, and always concerned about their guests' comfort. We even had some of our laundry done without charge! The room was more than sufficient and quite comfortable (we were there 7 nights). Decent accommodations are not cheap in Matala so you get what you pay for. We happily made ample use of our kitchenette. Wi-Fi was available 24/7 only outside the room in the downstairs garden area...not a real problem. We would stay there again for sure!

Review 21：we didn' t get the room we were had booked( a room with a view). Instead we got a room on the ground floor. It was big and clean but quite dark . A bit expensive too.

Review 26：Matala has a wonderfull beach with clear water in a bay far from large tourist groups. It is a small village. Nikos Hotel is a small family hotel with private sitting groups with nice shadow outside at least second floor rooms. The hotel is close to the beach without any steep slopes or long steps.

Review 27：Our studio room was immaculately clean and bright. Plenty of room and well equipped. The bed was firm (like all beds in Geece?). Only steps from restaurants and the beach. The staff were welcoming and friendly with good English too - highly recommended!!
