Review 1：great choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffet, nice landscaping and garden around the hotel, quiet room (outdoor sounds and noise were kept out)

Review 2：Anyone who wants to visit the city , the region does not have much to offer . Those who intend to stay at the hotel and enjoy it this trip is for him . Airport Hrkilion is two and a half hours by a car

Review 3：The reception staff was amazing and smiling . Large pool , the sea is one minute walk away. The room we got was very clean and large . There are pets near the pool and the dining room - anyone who loves this its a bonus because they are very sweet . We enjoyed very much.

Review 4：The beds are extremely firm; some of the sports equipment should be replaced as they are in poor condition (ping pong equipment, soccer ball, etc).

Review 5：Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive package with buffet food was good, especially for children to be able to choose their meals regularly throughout the day. We enjoyed the nice pool and air conditioned rooms.

Review 6：Overrun by large all-inclusive groups. Noisy 'organized fun' around the pool. Loud music from bar every night. Poor quality breakfast.

Review 20：The location is perfect and Sitia is a really nice and friendly little town. The staff was incredibly excellent and hospitable, while the animators were great and friendly! We had a seaside room on the 3rd floor with a wonderful view to the very close seaside and harbour. It was so nice to get a sleep while we were listening to the sound of waves. Also congratulations to the chef for the variable and tasty dishes. We spent our honeymoon here and must say that we could not pick a better option as it was all amazing!

Review 21：No double beds at all in the hotel. All double beds are just two singlespushed together with a double sheet over them. Staff never welcomed us,never thanked us for our visit, never acknowledged our presence at mealtimes. It is not a five star hotel as they advertise they are. More likea three star. In no way what so ever was it a five star experience. Thestaff need to be a lot friendlier and much more helpful. Although thereare three swimming pools in the hotel, not one of them is heated. Theyare so cold that swimming in them is impossible, even in summer, the seais warmer. The quality of the food at breakfast was extremely poor. Theorange juice came out of a machine and was undrinkable. Even the honeywas from a packet and of poor quality. Considering Crete is famous forits oranges and honey, you would expect better. Everything felt like itwas done as cheaply as possible, no real effort made. Again for a hotelclaiming to be five star this is completely unacceptable. There are farbetter options in Sitia than this hotel.

Review 22：The barman called George was very friendly, helpful and polite. He wasthe best thing about the experience.

Review 23：We stayed there out of season but the hotel was very accommodating and went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. There is no doubt, in season this hotel is the place to stay. Top notch!

Review 24：The main swimming pool and sunbeds were filthy. The flea-ridden stray dogs were able to come in, walk around and lie on the sunbeds. There was very loud evening entertainment dominating the bar area so there was nowhere you could have a quiet drink in the evenings. The hotel was vastly over-priced.
