Review 1：Everything about our stay was amazing. We got upgraded to a suite with our own heated pool. I also liked that the hotel was located in one of the 'quieter' and less touristy towns. But we could still experience the typical Santorini by taking a quadbike for the day to Oia.

Review 2：They were having issues with the phones while we were there for the 4 nights, so it was a bit of a dent in the perfect weekend having to walk up to the office to order breakfast each morning, or for any other reason. Also, just as a suggestion more than a complaint, the lighting in the bathroom was a challenge for ladies needing to do their makeup. And this location is a little out of the way from the stuff we enjoyed doing, but the island is so small, it was really no big deal. But really, we have no real complaints at all. It was a beautiful, romantic, peaceful, dream vacation!

Review 3：It was a dream! So relaxing and so easy in every way. Everything is handled for you by the office, breakfast is brought to your room every morning. The hot Jacuzzi overlooking the sea was just perfect during this perfect fall weather. And there is NO noise of any kind, no people, no traffic, nothing - so peaceful. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, including the bed! And lastly, although I have 3 kids of my own, I loved that no kids were allowed because it was sooooo peaceful. But just as a word of advise to others, Santorini is not a place you want to bring kids for multiple reasons. Upon arrival they greet you immediately to grab up your bags, already had the jacuzzi running and hot, the room ambiance set, and a bottle of wine brought to us immediately upon arrival. Such a nice intro to our weekend. Overall, you will feel like royalty. It was the most romantic and peaceful vacation I've ever had!

Review 4：The Internet and phones kept going out of service. We were only there 3 days and they went out Two of the three days.

Review 5：The service staff (gentlemen) who helped us every morning for breakfast was spectacular and whatever we needed extra stuff like ice or whatever Sissy was great and the front desk team were good.

Review 6：No real choice of meals for a vegetarian.. coffee and tea just terrible (made with tap water?). Lack of general information at the reception (among other things we almost missed our return flight because of a wrong estimation of time needed at the airport).

Review 10：Customer service needs a bit of work - we paid for a transfer which was an old mans beaten up car which was fine had the cost not been quite expensive. Also issues with waiting over 1.5hrs for breakfast to be delivered

Review 12：The isolated location made it really private and peaceful. The staff were so helpful and made everything a breeze. Arranging car rental, tour activities and gave us good advice on what to do. The view from the infinity pool was amazing. We would definitely come back.

Review 13：It was simply amazing! The hotel is new, it has an amazing view to the sea and Pyrgos is a very quiet and pretty place not so far from Fira! The room is very big, the private and heated pool was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast at the room was a very gentle touch and it was delicious! Moreover, the young lady that checked-in us was very kind, professional and she was very prompt to answer our requests, congrats for that ;)! The staff is, for sure, one of the most important pieces of the high standard quality of this hotel. Big thank you!

Review 17：This place is amazing. If you want a terrific base, away from the maddening crowds then this is the place for you! The infinity pool is a must. We hired a car so was able to get around the island.

Review 18：I wrote to the hotel for about 5 times to have an early check in. When we arrived at the hotel they made us wait 5 hours to have our room. Even though another couple left the very executive suite that they gave us at around 8am, they made us waith till 1pm.! They could've been more nicer.

Review 19：the room was amazing, we stayed at an executive suite and it was comfortable. Pool was really clean and the room as well. It's not the center of the island but if you have a car or sth it is perfectly accessible. Breakfast is delicious. It's so romantic! I suggest you to have the room with a pool not with jakuzi! it worths!

Review 22：Lovely staff who were happy to help with all our requests, suites were lovely and we had suite number 5 which i would say is on of the best as it is not overlooked by any other suite. not a caldera view however the sunrise view was lovely and the location was quieter than bigger towns but within easy reach of everything.

The staff were excellant and very helpful in booking restaurants, activities etc. The place was in a quiet area of the island with great access to all the beaches and main towns - we hired a quad bike for the week, which was an excellant way of getting around.

Review 36：We were staying in the suit with the swimming pool. The place is new, luxurious and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Breakfast was fantastic and delivered to the room. It was possible to order food (lunch, dinner) to the room as well. The view is stunning. I would recommend this place for a couples that want to spend romantic holidays. Pyrgos is very charming city for romantic dining and walks.

Review 40：There was some very nice people in the staff. The room was clean, big and beautiful. Great views, nice hot tube, awesome breakfast served in the room. A location is very good if you want a quiet and peacefully place to stay. Pyrgos is a great place in Santorini, not too much tourists. Very good restaurants there.

Review 41：Hot tub is not really a hot tub, even though their system showed 36degCelsius the actual temp of the outdoor hottub was more like 20deg,therefore I lost my first night stay wihtout being about to use it. Thenight staff tried to help but no success until next morning. During theday its no problem but at night even the second night the bumped thetemp to 40deg and it took three hours for hot tub to warm up, def notclose to 36 deg but ok luke warm. When contacted them during checkoutthey claimed no issues with it and kept arguing with us about theirsystem showing the right temperature. Customer satisfaction definitelydid not play out here and I do not recommend skyfall.
