Review 1：Central Pyrgos means it's in the middle of nowhere, rental car needed, wifi mainly doesn't work, apart of morning there was no staff available.

Review 2：Nice, clean room, beautiful view, friendly staff, though mainly no common language with them.

Review 3：Synthetic bedsheets and no signage/marks/logos where is located this hotel. Really difficult to find without any navigation.

Review 6：Modern brand new hotel, very comfortable, great pool with natural water, every little detail is payed attention to ( such as brand new snow white bathrobe and towels, French shampoo and shower jel). Great breakfast on a huge wooden tray in your room at the time of your request (8-10 a.m.)

Review 7：The level of customer service is something to be in awe of. In all of the hotels I have been to I have never experienced anything like it, the manager really went above and beyond and treated us like her own family. She was SO kind, helpful and welcoming. She helped us to organise everything we could even think of and you could tell so much love and care had gone into the running of the hotel. We had a really late flight so she offered for us to come back to the hotel to wait and she would order us dinner. So lovely. The bedrooms were stunning, comfortable and very clean. It might be good to note that this hotel is a little bit out of the city centre, however it gave us a great excuse to borrow a quad bike and drive around (I would recommend doing this, loads of fun!). The breakfast was amazing and brought into our bedroom in the morning. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY, we had a great stay xxx

Review 9：The room, the view on the pool and the horizon far away. The small terrace with table was very nice for breakfast and at evening we spent some time to relax. Staff were kind and smiley.

Location is ok, very close to the main beaches and thira but kinda far from oia. You're gonna need to rent a car or a motorbike

Review 16：The hotel's location is far from any of the main sights of the island with no entertainment - just wine tasting. It was quite overpriced, given the location.

Review 17：The hotel is brand-new and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Maria was very nice and accommodating, serving us breakfast the day we arrived rather than the following day, given our flight times. We really appreciated it. Thanks to the staff who prepared it. Great to stay here if you have access to a car and know your way around the island. The Wifi only worked at reception but the hotel owners are aware of that and are working to improve that.

Review 18：Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. The bus stop was close to the hotel which enabled us to go to other areas easily. nice views of the volcano and sunset.

Review 19：The only problem was the A/C. It did not cooled. To us the problem is the units BTU are too small for the size of the room. Maria went her way to changed us to another room, but the A/C issue was the same. Please have an expert look at the AC systems; otherwise, it would have been PERFECT!!!

Review 25：Nothing within walking distance - need to have a car. No restaurants, etc. - middle of nowhere. Close to port (10-15 minutes) yet charged high fees for shuttle/taxi service - hotel should arrange for complimentary drop off and pick up, similar to what is provided in most places at Fira and Oia. Hotel undergoing some construction so there was some banging in the early mornings which woke us up - more sound proofing required.

Review 26：Very clean and newer. Wonderful and comfortable king size bed. Excellent service, especially from the young man at reception. Good sized pool which was easily accessible from our room. Local bus service close to hotel but make sure you know where to stand as there are no bus stop signs. Enjoyed Santa Wines which is a short distance from hotel - experience a variety of wine tastings while enjoying the breathtaking views and sunset.

Review 28：Maria, the manager was awesome! She tried her best to help me in every possible way. I was late for my cruise back to Athens, and she gave me advice and helped me find out information on the next cruise that I could take to go back to Athens in time to catch my flight. I was very thankful of all that she's done for me. I loved the service, the breakfast, and the swimming pool at the hotel. I'm strongly recommending this hotel to all travelers to Santorini.

Review 29：This hotel is being misleadingly advertised. It yet to be finished. It is not 4 *. Reception is in a corridor, no public restaurant, no bar. Worst of all it is still under construction.

Maria at reception was so helpful and happily assisted with anything we needed from scooter hire,booking tours or yachting experiences and taxis nothing was a problem for her . The pool is the perfect way to cool down and although it does not have the caldera view it is very central to the beaches and Fira. A nice little supermarket nearby too. Very clean, modern and comfortable.

Great location 10 minutes from Fira and only 10 minutes in the opposite direction to the beach and santos winery across the road. Very new, clean and well kept hotel. Great pool area to relax in, rooms are really spacious with nice clean crisp decor. Unbelievably comfy bed and room cleaned daily. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Review 35：The hotel is in the process of being completed. Some things in the room and pool area are still a work in progress, but they still manage to keep it very clean. Eventhough we filled out a specific breakfast request form, the items we ordered were often not what we received. I am not sure if this forms were read prior to delivering the breakfast. Also, the breakfast came in 3 to 4 trips instead of all at once. I suggest for the management to buy a cart to facilitate the breakfast delivery all at once.

Review 36：Maria is very friendly and welcoming. Demetria is very helpful she goes out of her way to please the guests and makes them feel right at home. The beds are very comfortable. The room was very clean. The wifi had a strong signal, but it was down for one whole day.

Review 37：Isolated from town center. Need to pay 10 eur for taxi each way to/from town center. Bus stop is far. The staff leave the hotel at night time, they leave a phone number to you to contact if you need anything. This place is more like an apartment building with rooms, more than a hotel.

Review 40：We loved Central Pirgos Hotel! We stayed for 4 nights and could not be more happy about our experience. Maria, the head of the hotel, is wonderful and welcoming, and so happy to call any taxi or arrange outings for all guests. She even found a gym for us. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were so clean and air conditioned, with a great wifi connection. Just a 10 minute drive to Fira, and easy to get to anywhere on the island. We loved this hotel and recommend it to anyone!
