Review 2：Loactions was very good. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast overlooking the beach. Room came with a charming terrace frequently visited by local cats. Overall, this hotel greated us everytime with a great atmostphere.

Review 3：Provision of equipment to go with coffee maker (eg no cups) or kitchenette (no cutlery) could do with an audit... Did not trouble us as we had camping gear we could use; beach opposite is deceptive...you can have good swims there despite rocky slabs

Review 28：On arrival we were met by a young man whose English was limited and so we didn't have much information about how the property operated - ie time of breakfast etc.

Although there is a road between the hotel and the beach, the double glazing worked well and I couldn't hear any traffic noise with the windows closed. The breakfast was good and the owners were very accommodating. The location is very convenient to the town and all of its restaurants. I would recommend the Petras Beach highly.

Review 36：The lady who runs the place is one of the friendliest person we met in Crete, very kind, attentive and focused on making your stay as comfortable as possible. The place has free parking and it's right in front of the sea.

Breakfast is a joke, don't even expect anything fresh or tasty. The whole hotel atmosphere is kind of depressive and you somehow don't feel welcome.

Review 43：The beach right across the street was stony and quite shallow. In order to swim you need to go about 1km towards Sitia town.

Review 44：The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Although the booking.com page states that the rooms have a washing machine, this turned out not to be the case. However, the hosts more than made up for this by washing our clothes for us -- free of charge! The breakfast (5 EUR) was very good -- we particularly appreciated the home-made marmelade and cakes! And the view over the sea from both our room and the breakfast area was simply stunning.

Review 45：It is a small quite hotel in front of the beach about 1km far from the middle of Sitia. The room are well furnished and confortable. It is simple but you have everything you need. The owner are very friendly. They welcome us with fresh frut and Raki. Breakfast is good too. The apricot homemade marmelade is delicious.
