Review 1：Only 5 of us in the hotel so we had no entertainment We had to visit another hotel for entertainment only to find on our return that we had been locked out in the rain

Review 3：There was nothing to say as every thing was good rooms were great maybe the mattress on bed a little lumpy but nothing to complain.

Review 11：I've booked this room just for a night, but it was a nightmare. I arrived at Lancaster after a long trip and was pretty tired. However, as soon as I went in, I immediately realised that the room smelled a bit bad... But with that aside, at night, the room next door was being extremely loud that I couldn't sleep till 5 in the morning. Even though I told them twice to quiet down, it would only last for about half an hour. In the morning, while I was checking out, I told one of the staff about this. Yet, they just shrugged it off and didn't say anything about it. I felt incredibly upset as I left the hotel. Secondly, the shower was very weak. You get small droplets making shower uncomfortable. Complaining to a staff member wouldn't help, as they were uncooperative. In short, I would not recommend.

Review 13：We had a twin room and the beds appeared small. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable and the pillows fist and inadequate. I used four and still couldn't get it right. The TVs are flatscreen but far too small. I couldn't see it from the bed. Also our room overlooked the car park. When staff arrived early in the morning we could clearly hear them talking loudly which disturbed us. ( and that is another story...). I'd have thought by now theyd realise how their conversation outside carries.

Review 14：Lovely looking hotel. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Staff throughout really pleasant. We attended s funeral and the wake was at the hotel. The food was not great. Everything was overcooked and dry and unappetising. Just such a shame it was not upto an acceptable level of quality. However, the vol au vents were to die for. Spot on!! We've been to events there before and the food has been really good. I don't know what happened here. Breakfast was a buffet. Everything was cold. Mushrooms had run out and only a few hard fried eggs left at 9 20 am. Again. Unacceptable really. We didn't say anything. The staff were really nice.

Review 17：Our room was at the back of the Hotel, view of the back of other houses and car park as opposed to a wonderful sea view from the front of the Hotel. No food available as we arrived after 7.30 on a Saturday. Seems the coach party of OAPs had their evening meals at around 6.00pm! In room TV was tiny.

Review 18：Reception & bar staff were brilliant, great location with fabulous view over Morecambe Bay. Efficient breakfast set up and Gluten Free toast/bread available when requested from very attentive breakfast waiting staff. Super overnight stopover.

Review 19：I didn't like the bathroom BECAUSE the shower was terrible because it was SO SO SO weak. Iv had a better shower in a caravan, the sink was coming away from the wall SO was wobbly & lose. The toilet was ALSO coming away from the wall & was lose. The toilet seat was ALSO lose & eventually came OFF. I had to fix it because it happened late at night. All in all. The bathroom needs a REVAMP 100%

Review 21：we were ignored by 2 reception staff when we arrived as they were more interested in an old plane flypast ! 1 of them asked me to repeat my name as she admitted "i was just half listening to you " she was also more interested in eating a pie on receptiom at night than getting our key

Review 64：Entered via the rear door as we parked in the rear car park as no room at the front which was fine, however it wasn't very welcoming. Up a fire escape to a fire door with a buzzer. Could make the rear entrance much more appealing to guests. Window was broken and it generally gave a very poor first impression of the hotel. Our room was fine but gosh did the floor boards squeak!! Well the bed squeaked more and definately needed a new mattress. The room and bathroom were very dated but overall very clean and I would stay here again. However, we paid extra for breakfast but wouldn't bother next time - poor quality produce and the beans were cold!
