Guesthouse Acropol sells fast on our site. Just 1,300 feet from Molyvos’ main beach, this small traditional hotel offers a pool area with bar, and rooms with views of the Byzantine Castle and the sea.
Acropol’s rooms come equipped with fridge and coffee-and-tea maker. Each has private balcony or terrace and includes a TV with cable channels. Air conditioning and safe are available for an extra fee.
Guests can relax at Acropol’s spacious sun terrace offering free lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. The pool-side bar serves drinks and coffee. Children can splash in their own pool.

Review 1：The only poor thing was the internet. But we experienced the lack of connection all around the island.

Review 3：Not really a successful choice. Narrow and small rooms, worn-out mattresses, extra charge for air-conditioning, lack of mosquito protective screen in the shutters, dirt, ants, extremely rude behavior from the proprietor. The room I was given did not include sew view as had been promised at the time of the booking.
Review 4：The owners were not particularly friendly which is a huge contrast to other places we have stayed. My children were told off for playing in the pool with a ball.
Review 5：The hotel was beautifully clean and is in a great position under the castle. It is an easy walk into the taverna area of Molyvos and the pool area is really lovely. Had I had more warmth from the owners then I would rate the accommodation much more highly.

Review 11：Good hotel if you want to relax in, away from the noise of a busy tourist seaside town. Huge pool, which is kept very clean, ideal for families. Rooms always cleaned to a high standard.
Review 12：Pool, position, people. Have been there many times and if you're looking for quiet accomodation in molyvos which is typically greek with stunning views this is the one. As it is high above the village there are obviously steep hills to negotiate but no problem for someone of average fitness.
Review 13：1) No lights after 9.00 p.m. Taking into acount that it is not very close to the lightened part of the town the it is quite risky to walk in the night without lights. I wouldn't recommend it to unaccompanied girls/women 2) The entrance door of the room was damaged. The bathroom's door was also damaged and could not close properly even when trying to lock it (which was almost impossible) 3) The balcony's door was also damaged since every time we tried to open or close it a very irritating loud noice was produced waking up everyone around 4) They tried to charge us with extra money (up to 5 euros) in order to operate the air condition even when it was clear that it is included in the initial price. Apart from that, the air-conditioning could not perform at all (23-25 Calcius degrees) !! 5) It was prohibited to carry your own food while relaxing in the swimming pool area since there was already a bar of the hotel there. How cheap behaviour.... 6) I never swimmed at the swimming pool as it was below average regarding cleanliness. There is chance that this may occured by sun-oil and not by an apparent contamination. In addition you couldn't swim after 6-7 p.m. 7) The wallrobe was just for laughs. Both handles dropped int o my hands when trying to open it. The furniture is also old but I dont really care if they are funtional. 8) By far one of the most distant hotel-rooms of the town. Even though it may seem close the center in terms of meters, the paths there have extreme inclinations and made our life difficult in the night

Review 15：It was too far away from the center. No lights were on after a certain time, we had to use the lights on our phone. For the same reason, it was realy hard to lock the door inside as you cannot turn on the lights without putting the key to the socket. The shower lacked a door. It was really unexpected to pay for aircondition. It was 5 euro per day. It is written in the paragraph but when I saw air condition in the facilities list I did not expect this. The staff knocked the door at 10:30 asking us when we will leave even though the checkout time is 12:00. They were not rude but it is disturbing. The breakfast is very little and not delicious for an island that is known for its food. Compared to places near the sea and harbour its price is expensive.

Review 17：It is very shame to charge the guests for using a/c 5EUR/day!!This is the first hotel . i have ever seen in mylife charging air cond! If you don't like pests, flies etc. don't come Acropol. Hotel is built up on a hilly area with lots of trees and you neighboring zone is a military area
Review 18：Pool is OK. Apartments are wider but other normal rooms are small. Hotel is clean. Pool bar is closed and no service because there are no employee. Owners are working but they are a little old to manage the hotel. They can't speak English suitably.
Review 19：The hotel owners are friendly. The location of the hotel is easy to find, and from our room the view was wonderful. It s quiet, cute and nice place. And at night we walked to Molyvos Harbour like 15 minutes.
Review 20：If you are planning to lay by the pool all day you may be slightly disappointed with the sun loungers as they are a little tired but more than sufficient for an hour or two.
Review 21：Everything! We have travelled to many Greek Islands and the Acropol was one of the best value for money. Pool bar offered nice food and drinks at a good price. Room was typical of most greek apartments and the bathroom had recently been refurbished. Pool large compared to number of rooms. Owners friendly and keen to look after you.
