Review 1：Friendly staff. Large and very clean room (we were upgraded free of charge to a sea view with balcony). Location is great and the breakfast is wonderful. Will go again.

Review 2：Much smaller room than before. Very noisy at front of hotel. Toilet seat was broken and not replaced. Shower was not really satisfactory. Choice of music in breakfast room was poor.

Review 4：The hotel was built in the sixties or seventies, I guess. That being said, it doesn't not apply to today's standards. Built totally out of concrete, without carpets or tapestry, it's extremely noisy. The bathroom is actually only for dwarfs and it's cleanliness needs a boost. It looks al right at first, but don't look to closely..! The beds are uncomfortable. I don't expect much of a Cretan breakfast, but this was really below standard; not only the food itself (a lot, but none of it really good), but the ambience with squeaking ventilation and a loop-tape of Los Lobos doesn't give your day the best start. Though the hotel is cheap, I would never check in here again.

Review 5：I know the town of Sitía very well, it's a lovely oasis of peace on Crete. The hotel is situated at the central square and has a lovely sea view.

Review 6：There wasn't really anything not to like, the hotel was excellent, due to the time we went, we were given the choice of 2 rooms, so amazing!

Review 7：There wasn't many hotel facilities, although the breakfast was good. But then with the location being so good, you didn't need much as there was so much to do and see and places to visit outside the hotel. Everything that was in the hotel was excellent however.

Review 8：The postage-size shower stall in the bathroom -- one had to be an acrobat not to get the floor sopping wet. But this was one negative among all the other positives, and it wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

Clean beach in five minutes jog to swim in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. All questions about time on Crete answered at reception. Special thanks to Maria who agreed to give me a couple of lessons of Greek.

Review 25：By far the staff was extremely hospitable and always wanted to know what they could do to make our stay even more pleasant. I was also impressed at how clean the rooms were, the incredible value for the money spent, and of course the wonderful view off our balcony. Oh, and the coffee produced out of the coffee machine was very good.

Review 26：Itanos has the best location, right on the pavement of the road along the beach. You can sit out front and watch people. Sitia is one of the prettiest places in Crete - and Crete has a lot! Ask for a room with a sea view and look out over the tiny harbor. Very lovely. Loved my stay at Itanos.

Review 27：Beds are stiff. Room was pretty much clean except the back of the doors. Shower curtain was not much help in preventing water from getting all over bathroom floor.
