Review 1：Nothing really. Shower was small but it was fine.

Review 2：Location was nice-very close to the ferry port. Keep in mind that you should really rent a car if you stay here-it is pretty far from town. We arrived on the 1 am Blue Star ferry and rented a car down by the dock. Zorbas was close by, and centrally located for exploring the island. It was very clean and well maintained. Price was great.

Review 4：Quickly accessible (taxi 15 euro or Bus) from the port whilst overnighting between late boat into Santorini and catching early morning connection onwards. Reception was open at 01.15 and helpful. Reception ordered me a taxi the following morning. Room was modern, clean and spacious.

Review 5：We did not have a car and booking.com said the hotel is very close to the port which we needed early in the morning. We thought it would be easy to get to, only to realise it was better to stay in Thira since it is more difficult to get a bus to port from Zorbas and you cannot walk from there.

Review 6：The beds were very comfy to sleep in, we arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning, therefore, cannot say more. Staff were helpful.

Review 9：No air conditioner in the room. dogs barked badly whole night makes you feel like living in a ghost house. Facilities in bathroom were very bad, the shower curtain couldn't shade shower room at all, so the floor became wet after showering. There was no wifi in the room. The staffs were friendly but they kept forgetting our requests. 廁所非常潮濕，很噁心。晚上狗ㄧ直長叫，難以入睡，令人感覺隨時會鬧鬼。時常乎略我們的要求。

Review 13：Unable to provide an early breakfast as we departed early. Also the staff did say they would arrange a car to take us to the port for our boat but it didnt arrive. We had to get a kitchen member of staff to do so as it is not 24 hour reception as stated.

Review 15：The facility is fairly simple. Not close to Fira or oia. The price can be toooo high if when not much available rooms. Take me for example, it was approx. 5 times of the normally prices as the day I check-in was a busy day......

Review 16：Location. Despite not a perfect view site, it is very close to the port, therefore I can reach the hotel after a midnight arrival ship from Athens. I have to say, the owner of the hotel and the staff are excellent - they picked me up from the port around 1am for free. After that, they quickly settle down my check-in procedure. I was very tired after 7 hours ship travel. Therefore it is very thankful for their help.

Review 17：We only stayed for one night before leaving Santorini. The hotel is located on the road above the port, which is difficult to walk down to; the driver (of an unmarked cab) who was booked to drive us to the port arrived late and attempted to charge more than what had been agreed with the hotel.

Review 18：The staff were extremely considerate; we arrived very late, having gotten on a bus to Fira, not knowing where we were going and without eating. The receptionist on duty generously provided us with ham-and-cheese toasts, which were exactly what we needed. The hotel is near the Santos winery among others, though not near any urban areas.

Review 30：Every member of the staff went above and beyond to assist us with more than what they had to do. We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff treated us like it was in the middle of the day and provided us with nourishment that was well needed. The next day we waited on a taxi for over an hr and the staff made his own arrangements so that we would get to the ferry on time. Very helpful!!!

Review 31：When the first time getting there, it's a little bit not clear how to go there from bus stop coz it's not at the same road and had to walk along the road for 5-10 minutes to get to the right one. There's no bus stop sign outside the hotel, so there's no timetable and in the morning the bus doesn't come frequently. you can still wait for a bus there tho.

Review 32：Very friendly staff. Recommending a lot of places and giving opinions from a local's view.:) A supermarket nearby! 15-20 minutes walk up to pyrgos and get the best night view in Santorini.

Review 33：Aircon was centrally controlled but it was switched off on our first day and again in the middle of our second night. This caused a lot of discomfort to us as it was warm and difficult to sleep. We had to wake up to open the windows for ventilation.

I would recommend heading into Fira as its only €1.60 for the bus and stay there where there is plenty to do and see Bathroom was horrendous the wardrobe was bigger although there was hot water but the water in the sink did not drain so we had to brush our teeth in the shower Breakfast was bad all laid out with no covers so flies could land directly in the food .... Not much choice for a vege (not even toast)

Review 41：Best stay we've had while touring through Greece. Away from the touristic and hectic Fira and Oia, but you can easily go there by bus. The pool was great, the room had all we wanted. As we had to catch a ferry at 3 a.m., we decided to go to the port quite early because the road to the port seemed dangerous at night. As we got swindled at one of the restaurants (Kallisti) we felt unsafe to stay at the port a couple more hours, so we decided to take a cab back to the hotel. The staff was sooo gentle they decided to stay and talk with us at the hotel 'till 3 a.m. and to bring us to the port. We couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for the great stay Hotel Zorbas! :)

Review 50：The rooms wihout a pool view are not the nicest ones but it's only a matter of view. Some bathrooms have problems with the water drainage (shower and sink) which I would advise to fix soon. Its no big deal if you take a quick shower though.

Review 51：The staff was very friendly and always helpful. It's like a comfortable family run hotel. You can ask him anything you want, the young owner will know how to help you. Breakfast is fair and they have a buffet with croissants, pains au chocolat, toasts, cereal, greek salad, ham, cheese, coffee and tea... Despite being on the main road, it wasn't noisy and the good thing about the location is it's in the middle of the Island and thus its not too far from Oia, (the northern village) or the beaches on the southern part (if you rent a scooter). The pool is well maintained. The hotel opened in June 2014 so everything is very new and in a good state. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Review 54：Bathroom was unreasonably small couldn't hardly open the door to go to the toilet as it banged on the toilet , it smelt horrible , water leaked over floor, the fan was like a plane engine, the lights were dim , when you showered the floor was soaked . The air conditioning was horrible and when I asked several times for it to be adjusted this was promised but ignored , the room was hot all night as the thermostat was set too high We asked for double bed got 2 singles asked for pool view room got first room looking to car park . Then we moved to street view. We're promised pool view but that never happened

Review 56：I book a standard single room with balcony, but got a double room with 2 beds and no balcony. Cuz I traveled alone, not feel good～ The washroom is a little bit small and dark~ The wifi signal is really poor in the room.

Review 57：When I checked in, the reception staff explain all I need to know such as market, bus. So nice of her. Thanks a lot! The breakfast is from 8 o'clock to 11! ! I enjoyed it so much! The staff cleans my room every day with new towels. I love the colors in the room, it is tidy and comfortable to stay.

Review 58：The staff and the owner are wonderful people: gentle, polite and always ready to help in difficult situations. The breakfast is very good, you have a wide range of Greek and no Greek food. The pool is perfect and you can swim no limit 24 hours!!! The rooms are quite and provided with a very good air condition. Everything very clean and quite. I can only recommend it and I will be back again to see the new restaurant and the bar. Thank you for everything Thanassis! Review 59：The problem was that the hotel sold our room to other guests because of our late check-in. But we left a special request on the webpage that we cannot help arriving there late due to the ferry schedule. So they changed our room to the next hotel without our agreement. But the Star Hotel Santorini was quite satisfactory.
