Review 1：I am disabled and unable to walk up hills and the location is half way up a very steep mountain. If I had had a wheel chair it would not have been suitable as the village is not wheel chair suitable.

Review 2：I liked the family atmosphere. The breakfast was good. It was good to have a leisurely walk downwards to the small train. We travelled out of Season but the views were fantastic. It was only 40 mins to the centre of Innsbruck and less if we wished to visit other sites like the old city.

Review 3：The check is until 8 pm, but due to hard traffic, we arrived latter. Fortunately, the room key was let at the front door and we could enter the room. The breakfast is really good and the room is comfortable.

Review 9：The bathroom in our family room was somewhat dated. The shower was something out of the 1970s. There is a lot of building work going on in Mutters - even next to the hotel. Despite this Mutters is a VERY quiet village - don't visit if you need cafes and restaurants and shops on your doorstep!

I hope I will have a chance to stay there again :) And a small tip for those who will visit without a car - if you take STB tram from Innsbruck, get off the tram at the Nockhofweg stop. The hotel is one minute down from it

Review 24：Nockhofweg is the small place with very limited food options and this hotel provides only breakfast. If you are travelling with small children this factor needs to be considered as hotel has no food option currently. There is no one to attend to you after 8pm. No tea/coffee maker in the room so even for a cup of coffee you need to walk at least 200 meters to the restaurant.

Review 25：Excellent location. Rooms provided had good view of mountains. Good breakfast spread. 100 meters from Nockhofweg STB tram station and only 25 mins from Innsbruck main station by STB Tram.

Review 26：The high level of cleanliness made the stay extremely comfortable. High attention to hygiene in every single detail (bed linen, toilet, table cloths, etc.). The mattress was also very comfortable and I was given a larger room than expected (double instead of single).

Review 97：It was a cosy and comfortable hotel. English speaking staff was helpful. The hotel is located in a village, only a few kilometers away from Innsbruck. There is a tram to Innsbruck from the village and free shuttle service to the lifts which picks you up from the door of the hotel. Mutteralm ski center is ideal for beginners and families with children. The breakfast was more than enough for such a price with kinds of cheese, marmelades, eggs, fruits, coffee etc.. It was good to start a hard skiing day with such a good breakfast. Beds are comfortable, rooms are hot enough and hot water is available anytime.

Review 101：The location to a nearby Ski lift was nice! We traveled by Train to Innsbruck, and jumped on Local tram and 35 minutes later we were 100 meters from the hotel. We were greeted by Benjamin (Large friendly dog) and the owner, she was very friendly made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was awesome, rooms had Wifi, Our Kids loved the small indoor pool, Billiard and Ping pong table. White robs for Wife and I as well as the children was a plus. Hostesses Elizabeth and Claudia were so helpful. The ski lift was a 5 min Bus ride away. We will definately stay at this hotel for our next Ski Weekend. Getting back on the Tram to get to nearby Innsbruck City Center was very easy.

Review 113：Mutters is a nice, small village. From the hotel you can a tram to Innsbruck in 30 minutes. Around 20 minutes walk to a mountain cable car. The hotel itself is probably not so modern, but there is a cafe, restaurant and a nice terrace.

Review 123：We've been there only for a couple of days for relaxing and visiting the places around Innsbruck. We've chosen this hotel based on the reviews and we really enjoyed. The room was quite small (not extremely) but comfortable, nice and very clean. Bathroom small but very nice and clean. A common balcony with the other rooms, but very nice view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was one exception I would say, a lady serving the breakfast, even though she was friendly and nice, for whatever reason she was not handling correctly the customer requests and not only ours :). But at least she was nice and we could sort them out in the end. The hotel is not too big, in a country area, 7 Km far from Innsbruck. The view is nice and it's really quite there. The breakfast is not too rich but decent I would say; a small buffet, but you can order additional dishes if you feel like. The restaurant for dinner again not very rich, but the food is really good. Overall I would say it's a really nice hotel and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers. Ah, one more thing, they have a dog, a big one, Benjamin, really really nice dog, you should see it.

Review 129：I did not like that you could not get a hold of anyone at the front deskeven though they leave numbers to call them at. It's a hotel, not abed and breakfast. They had no way of checking us out at 7am in themorning without waking up the owner. If it's not a sunny day, thentheir solar system does not heat up the water hot enough, had 3 showerswhere it was luke warm, told the owner and she said that is the way theylike to take showers. Glad it's all about them and not theircustomers.
