Review 1：small space for the wardrobe, wardrobe doors make a very loud noise when closing them.

Review 3：The staff were amazing, and knew how to take care of the entire tourism experience, arranging for rides and reservations for dinner. The hotel itself was fascinating, with its volcanic stone walls and floors, colors, spacious shower with numerous shower heads, etc. The view was super and pool was obviously cleaned frequently.

Review 4：I understand that the apartment was designed to with an authentic "cave" feel in mind but I really feel that the shower needs a curtain to stop the floor from getting too wet. The room also felt damp at times and maybe there is a bit too much chlorine in the hot tub as we got some splashed on to our clothes and it got bleached white.

Review 5：The indoor jacuzzi facing the window which overlooks the caldera offered an amazing view which got better during dusk and sunset. This coupled with the complimentary bottle of white wine was a perfect start to our romantic getaway. The staff were really attentive and helpful with recommendations for dining and sightseeing.

The friendly staff helped with everything from maps and bus timetables to bookings for diving, boat trip and wine tasting.There was a panoramic view of the island from the pool and the historic village was within easy walking distance.

Review 7：When the hotel was booked on the description it stated that the pool was heated which wasn't true. We used the pool only once as it was alarmingly cold. The recommended restaurants were too pricey.

True luxury and relaxation at this location, and for a great price considering a villa like this in Oia, the other side of the island facing the water would be double or triple for these types of accomodations. Wine and coffee setup in the villa- LOVE. Breakfast is amazing overlooking all of the island! Everything is taken care of, no worries, they are on top of it all and offer any service you need or want! The airport shuttle took us around to eat and to the winery in pyrgos free of charge since it was so close(we felt inclined to tip, that was stellar service!), only had to pay when taking a taxi to Fira. (Saved us a ton since we usually needed 2 taxis as we were a group of 5)

Review 16：We felt very welcomed throughout the whole process, we were picked up from the airport by staff and they loaded and unloaded our luggage. Staff was ready by the villa as got out of the van. We were given a tour of the villa and staff sat down and talked to us about recommended restaurants, places to see, beaches to visit. They helped us set up excursions. The breakfast in the villa was amazing. Nothing better than sitting outside by the pool and overlooking the island and looking at the ocean while eating a delicious breakfast. The pool was large and villa is larger! the showers were huge and everything was very clean. Loved the robes and slippers they provided.

We would definitely choose to stay there again if visiting Santorini. It is in a perfect spot for travelling from the airport and the port, only 10 minutes away from both.

Review 21：Never in my life have I experienced service at this level it was five star from the moment they picked us up from the airport. The room was absolutely beautiful I loved the marble features the bathroom was huge and the beds very comfortable. The view of the island from our pool and terrace was to die for. Breakfast was really good served on our terrace. The pool was set to a perfect temp we enjoyed our complimentary bottle of local wine in there the first day! Don't let the position of the hotel scare you, I loved Pygros it's a sweet town with some great restaurants (try Cava and Penelope's) away from the hoards of tourists. For our last night they kindly booked us a table at a restaurant, I hadn't realised how far it was until I google mapped it so I called reception to cancel when they said they had always intended to drive us there and pick us up. To top it off an hour before our reservation they drove us to a santos winery for a drink while we watched the sunset before picking us up to take us to the restaurant. Can't wait to come back!

Review 25：Absolutely amazing, small bit of paradise. We got married on 9th August and chose Voreina as our "Honeymoon suite". Service was amazing, the rooms and decor were breathtaking and the private pool was serene....stay here...that's all I can say! :)

Review 26：Just returned from Voerina Suites in Santorini. We had the most amazing three days. Our suite was perfect for us. It was clean and spacious and nicely decorated. Most importantly it had a hot tub on the balcony with an amazing view of Santorini!!! A lovely breakfast was served to our room every morning and the staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend to all my friends.

Review 34：We had high expectations, but Voreina exceeded them.1) the service is over the top. Need a reservation made? done. Pick up from your boat or plane? done. Quick ride to the winery up the street? no problem! 2) Pyrgos is QUIET (read avoid tourist swarms) and very old, still has the great eats and small winding streets. 3) although not in the 'cliff hanger' cities of Oia or Thira/Fira, the view overlooks the entire island and capital (Fira). Also by being out of the previous mentioned cities, you get privacy (avoid people above you looking down or even walking through your private pool/lounge area). 4) the rooms are Incredibly comfy, the private infinity pool hard to beat. Highly recommend Sunset Room: the bathroom is a lovely red color and just stunning. The view from every room is incredible, but sunset is central on the property, while still being private.

Review 35：The hotel locates a bit far from Fira and Ira, which are the two main towns in Santorini. Also when we first came into our room, there were some flies inside and they get in very easily if you open the window.

Review 40：WE loved this accommodation. It was spacious, modern and the setting was divine! We had a gorgeous breakfast outside by the pool which overlooks the town. It was great because it was not in the noisy main town, but everything was there and nothing was far away. We hired quad bikes for a few days so we zipped around the whole island. The most outstanding point was that the staff are EXCEPTIONAL! They are so attentive and make you feel special. Not just when you are collected from the port, but they are there to help with everything. We had 4 huge bags of washing done. ( handy when travelling with 3 boys! ) Had amazing restaurant recommendations. It would have been great to stay longer.

Review 41：The pool was a degree or two colder than our group could handle. It didn't stop us swimming. It slowed getting in. The stairs to the loft bedroom were treacherous and Grandpa missed the bottom step in the middle of the night. The rail needs tone extended or the steps highlighted.

I would say "we need a restaurant tonight with a great view'and they would book it, organise a taxi and send us off, and it would be the most beautiful place. We absolutely adored Voreina Suites!

Review 50：My husband travels extensively for work all over the world, staying in 5-star hotels and he made a point of telling the Voreina staff that this was the best hotel experience he'd ever had. We, as a family of four, stayed in a villa and the view was just breathtaking. Every member of the staff made us feel like we were the only guests they had. The breakfasts were delivered to our villa and set up for us each morning at a time of our choosing. Every recommendation for things to do and places to eat were perfect and helped keep us out of the general tourist fray. I can't say enough about this wonderful place.

Staff was so nice and helpful with answering email questions, setting us up with a car rental which was dropped us and picked up at our villa. (very reasonable and needed to get place to place). Complimentary pick and return to the ferry even with a very late night arrival. Everything was perfect!

There was a night that we got lost and we phoned them, they immediately send a driver to pick us up which is surprising and so touching. The staff there gives you detail map and information about wt to do in Santorini and provide a bus timetable to Fira and other places as well. In short, it is the best hotel I've ever been.

They were very pleasant, highly professional and very attentive to our needs. They treated us like visiting family. When we had trouble with our rental car, they intervened to ensure our plans and vacation experience were not impacted. They went above and beyond at every turn. Review 76：Our villa has an infinity pool and the view from it is amazing, both day view and night view. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped a lot for recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. They also provided free pick up services when you arrive the island and leave the island. I got a late flight at 23:00, they still have a staff to drive us to the airport, that is very kind of them. The breakfasts they provided are great and the room service is very on time.

The hotel is very clean and the owner makes all the efforts to let the guests fully enjoy the stay. Recommended to use the guidance from the staff for the places/restaurants etc. to visit on the island.

Review 86：My wife and I stayed three nights at Voreina Gallery Suites in Pirgos on Santorini. This is a small, beautifully designed, boutique hotel, built into the side of the mountain on the fringe of Pirgos. The suites are very attractively and functionally furnished with a step-up hot tub in the bath room and a large balcony compete with breakfast table and loungers with a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and coastline. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable which is a complement rarely doled out by my picky spouse. Breakfast is served to your room and is also ‘over the top’ with a broad assortment of hot and cold breads, savories and cheeses etc., including a large bowl of assorted, perfectly ripe fruit. But saving the best mention for last is the high level of conceirge service that easily exceeded that which we would normally expect at large luxury hotels. While the entire staff is truly exceptional, please ask for Margarita who ensured that we had no worries and was proactive with great advice and ‘perfect’ recommendations for what to do and where to eat to optimize our time and stay on the island. She was in touch with us before we arrived and followed up after we departed to ensure all transfer arrangements went smoothly as planned. Having spent considerable time abroad including travel to over 60 countries, I am compelled to offer that Voreina is an amazing value that easily ranks in the top 1 percent of hotels I have stayed.

Review 88：Very spacious and neat suites, own pool great luxury, and big outside "balcony" with unbelievable view amazing for a vacation. As we travelled with our small child the space in- and outside really made our vacation; we could just relax at the balcony while our small one was napping inside. Or have our dinner in the room while she went to bed in the evening (excellent service by the staff). We also liked the location as it was not so busy and noisy around the Suites.

Review 90：Everything is perfect! we booked Midday room and this room is so big that we felt relax and free to stay in there. the attached bath pool and the private balcony is perfect that we could have sunbath without bothering. The breakfast service is awesome that we can enjoy the meal with the beautiful view. We love the attached Santorini report which comes with our breakfast that is so thoughtful!.Staffs are very nice and friendly, they can give you many helpful suggestions about the island, the very welcome greetings make us just feel like stay at home. Review 91：-Jacuzzi needs some minor maintenance -Breakfast, although provided on time and promptly served were asked is somewhat lacking for the price (provided by a nearby restaurant, Selene) -Can only switch on Jacuzzi till 9.30pm -ish reason being so as not to disrupt other residents' sleep which is somewhat lame given that other residents are splashing about in their pools any time they wish. Suggest extending the jacuzzi time till 11pm at least.

They are are all very knowledgeable about the island and gave very good recommendations as to where to eat and visit. Their complementary car service dropped us off then picked us up from local attractions. This was our second trip to Santorini and we would certainly recommend Voreina Gallery Suites as an ideal place to stay.

Review 96：Fantastic hotel staff, frendly, professional and always ready to help. Staff will pick you up at the airport when you arrive and drop you off when your flight leaves on your last day at no extra cost. The suite was great, it has a private swimming pool in the terrace with great views, the suit is really nice inside, with a full kitchen, big shower and confortable bed. It has nice wifi connection for free. Every day you choose the time you want your breakfast to be served at your room at no extra cost. Normally breakfast includes lots of fruits, croissants, bread, pastries, cheese, fresh orange juice and coffee, we loved it. The hotel can organize for you almost everything you need from renting a car, boat excursions, dinning suggestions, driving directions, anything we needed they arrenged. The location of the hotel is great to have nice views of the hole island from the balcony, but you definetly need to rent a car to move around the touristic staff of the island. I would definetly recommend this hotel, and next time I visit Santorini definetly will stay again in this hotel.

We had the opportunity to meet the owner who is rightly proud of his team and congratulate him for running such a fantastic villa resort.
