Review 1：TV with only one english language channel, all other channels greek. A bit far from centre of Pyrgos Wifi almost non-functional in room.

Review 3：We requested the hotel to book a taxi to the port. However, it was actually the hotel personnel who is going to send us to the port. Just before we boarded the vehicle, we were asked by the receptionist to pay her 20 Euro for the trip. This was more than what a normal taxi would charge us. I think we got ripped off. The breakfast was basic. Wi-fi reception was poor in the room. We kept hitting our head on the roof of the maisonette bedroom when going down the stairs.

Review 4：The pool was amazing but it was too cold to swim in.

Review 5：There were technical difficulties with wifi and it initially didn't work. After the first day we got access, but only in the hotel lobby. We were upgraded when we arrived, but the room was terrible. Ended up asking if we could have the room that we originally booked, which was nice. It was small, but thats like most of Europe. There was no lift, so had to carry bags up stairs, or the porter assisted.

I am every dan for job purposes in different 5-star-hotels but this one is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! the location is great it is on the main road and in the central part of the island so you can easily reach every part of it. it is also on the highest point of the island so you have amazing view which is even better that in Oia + you can watch sunrise not only the sunset! other hotels are very crowded but this one is so calm really for relaxing holiday and good sleep and only 5 minuts drive from the nightlife and events in Fira! Staff is great so kind and helpfull, the breakfast is very nice and abundant, rooms big and clean (they clean it every day), wifi is good everywhere, the atmosphere is great all around the hotel you feel like home, everything is pretty new (4 years old) and they pay attention to every single detail - high class brended towels etc. It is really worth of the money ( it is even cheap for what it offers comparing to other accomodations on the island). I was walking everyday looking for the next time hotel and I realised that I would definitely go back to Orizontes hotel because it is really the best one there! The pool is so big and clean! Definitelly the hotel offers everything you go for on this Island!

Review 9：We booked the honeymoon sweet for our wedding. We did not get what the pictures portrayed. When we arrived the staff were very welcoming. We woke up the following morning and there were ants everywhere. No food in the room. The bathroom was flooded, the drain overflowed. The room smelt damp and when we were leaving the staff were extremely rude. Waste of money and time staying. Disgusting rooms.

Review 15：The property is a bit isolated, which I think is great for honeymooners and couples, but less ideal if you are wanting to be near all the action on the island. Not great for solo travelers, as you'll need to be a brave soul to rent a scooter/quad/car to get around easily. Rooms are clean although furniture is fairly cheap and beds are hard! Shower set up is not ideal - water gets everywhere. Still, the beauty is all outside not inside, so these are just very minor things.

Review 16：The property is absolutely stunning - gorgeous infinity pool and lots of outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful views and sunset. There is a beautiful village within walking distance though, with some good cafes.

Review 17：This hotel is not on the edge of a cliff but on a top of a hill, so we are able to see views on both side of the island. Very beautiful! Nice and quiet location in the middle of the island.

Review 19：Great Place, Location is perfect centrally located on the island away from the busy areas, yet easy access to the surrounding towns by car. Fantastic view. Very well kept and clean. The staff was was fantastic and very informative of the area and directions. The pool and bar area is very nice as well. If we ever get back to Santorini we will most certainly stay here again!

Review 27：The location and the sigma villa we stayed in. It was totally different from what we saw in the photos, and there is no curtain in the bathroom, and water just flood everywhere. The private swimming pool we owned was in a bad state, the chairs were broken, and people can just come in whenever they want

Also we would like to thank pool bar personal for wonderful service and best frape :) It has great location. You can spend evening in Pyrgos, that is 5 min walk from hotel. I would recomend to go there for a sun set. It could be more romantic than Olia sunset (there will not be so many tourists) :) also if you are going for sunset take some local sweets from local bakery - it's realy good.

Review 36：Super nice & helpful staff; cosy, clean and beautiful rooms; great view; great location (not far from the airport (15 euros by taxi), the harbour (10 euros by taxi) and Fira (5-10 min ride); one of the biggest pools in the island, amazingly relaxing with some details of comfort and luxury such as pool towels for free, jacuzzi bath tubes, private jacuzzi in the balcony, etc. Excellent wifi connection. Tasty & diverse breakfast buffet, also suitable for delicious snacks and meals during the day! To come back definitely!

Review 37：I can never understand people complaining about anything in this hotel. Anything you can expect was perfect. Staff eager to help and very friendly. Very clean rooms. It is located in the best position u can ever book in Santorini. Close to airport, close to Athinios Port and close to anywhere practically. The breakfast was very good and once you decide to eat form the restaurant in the evening, prices are very good with a magnificent view of the Caldera. no need to go to Oia or Fira to watch a magical sunset. Just stay by the pool while enjoying a delicious dinner while watching the sun set on the West side of the island. Well our 6-night stay was perfect. Some people may complain about its location so you would need a car or a bike to move around. I think anywhere you stay in Santorini you need a car or a bike as the bus service is not so reliable. I just can describe Orizonted Hotel & Villas with just one word.... PERFECT

Close to the Airport, the port and Fira, yet away from the hustle & bustle, in a peaceful surrounding and magnificent breathtaking view of the island. Staff very helpful and eager to assist. They happily answered all of our questions about places to go and see on the island. Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast very good with good service by the pool staff.

Review 42：It was the day in eye of the storm, cold weather, so we could not swim or sunbathe, the hotel's most charming place was thus a limited use. Throughout the night the wind spanked the balcony doors. We booked a bigger room, but we got smaller, the staff did not tell us of the situation. We were disappointed because we wanted a little better than we were offered. Customer service at this hotel is not amongst the best. Do not take complaints seriously. The room was supposed to be for up to four guests, there was hardly room for two on the bed, flat screen TV was an ancient CRT TV, it was not the promised bath robes, patio / balcony was a small strip of an open hallway, two plastic chairs and a table. Hotel description promises more than it gives.

Review 44：Over priced. Plastic sofas and cushions both the door locks and wardrobedoors didn't work. Had to call to get them fixed. They do not havetwin rooms as advertised on booking.com. I had to sleep on a sofabed.Not 4 star at all. The food was either unavailable on the menu or badlycooked. Not proper coffee which should be expected from a 4 star hotel.There were guests jumping in the pool and shouting until 2am and othersguests talking loudly outside our room at 4am.

There were a lot ofproblems with the rooms (air conditioners out of order, within fourdays they didn;t change sheets and towels altough it supposed it isfour stars hotel, the rooms were not clean in general), poor anddirty brekfast with no protection on the foods a lot of insticts onthe cakes on the breads etc,our friends changed within four days tworooms and they asked us to change too.We paid for wifi but there wasonly in the lobby....according my opinion we paid a serious amount ofmoney for nothing.
