Review 1：bad wifi connection, no mini bar in the room. as to location it is perfectly nearby the lift, however it's quite a walk downhill and uphill towards the centre of the village

Review 2：great facilities, such as spa, kids playroom. And especially we liked the restaurant. The staff there is very attentive and polite, the food was extremely delicious.

Review 8：Being British we missed a big pot of tea with our cake, but as everybody else were Austrian they were very happy with their beer and wine. Fugen is actually quite low so there really was no snow where the hotel was, so it was 1/2 hour bus ride up the mountain to the main slopes, however the busses were frequent and good and as we are getting a little older we did not mind the sit down in the coach and the snow on the slops was good.

Review 9：A really lovely hotel. The staff were all particularly friendly the food was very good and included snacks after skiing which were; as much cake as you could eat but also pasta and soup. The pool was very nice and everybody got robes and slippers. The sauna area was fabulous but a nudist area, popular with the Austrians but maybe not so popular with the British.The ski bus stop is right outside the ski locker room and could not have been more convenient. There is a lift about 150 meters up the road, however we never took it so could not say what the skiing was like there. It looked like you could probably ski back to Fugen from this ski area if the snow was better

Review 10：The smoking in the bar. (Can't stand that. I couldn't bear to bethere for more than five minutes)The "alternative therapy" promotion.. they are taking advantage of stupid people.

Review 11：The spa was a decent quality (sauna with cold water pool etc). Thequality of the food for dinner and breakfast. The room was a decentsize. I'd happily stay here again if I was in the area.
