Review 1：The hotel is a little dated, but that was fine.

Review 2：Stunning view, good breakfast, great swimming pool, friendly staff, nice rooms with a large balcony - all ingredients to have a relaxed holiday. Not directly at the beach (little uphill), but otherwise you would not have the beautiful view.

Review 3：No sea view, very expensive room for services offered, very expensive room service. Room service surcharge!?? Not a 4star even by developing countries standards.

Review 5：The structure of the hotel (stalinist style built in the 70's) makes it quite unconfortable: poor architecture, noisy rooms, poor airconditioning, We had to change room due to unacceptable conditions (fridge and air condition out of order, besides the room was closed to the stairs,and you woke up with the first breakfast rush) . We finally landed in a smaller room , with tiny bathroom and got no rebate for that...but at least we could sleep. For the same price you can get much better in Greece and especially in Nafplion.

Review 6：Generally, staff was friendly and sincerely helpful. Hotel is well located in Tolos. The town is reachable with 5mn walk, even if Tolos has strictly no interest. The hotel itself is on the hill in a quiet place with a great view on the Tolos bay.

Review 9：Rooms was dirty - under the bed you could find everything from others guests. Shelfs was dirty - all furniture need changing, it was used. In room was 4 people - but we have only 2 cups and 2 chairs on balcony (dirty).

Big pool with sunbeds. If you have car - good road to beach and Mykenes or Epidavros. Quite close to city center with taverns, ice creams and shops.

Review 19：Great location in a 2 minutes from central street and 3 minutes from the beach. You can take for free an umbrella and sunbed in Minoa Hotel located on the beach (same hotel network). The place is for relaxing stay. Visit Nafplio city which is just 10km (20 minutes drive). I like to spend time in Nafplio but prefer stay in Tolo.

Review 27：We've been staying in this hotel last week, for 7 days. Our holiday was excellent because of them. Very friendly staff, great hotel, clean and the rooms are really big. The view for our rooms was fantastic. I cannot fault them. Also the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Even my 2 years daughter found a lot of things to choose from.

Review 28：A friendly remark to the hotel management: it is important to our point of view to solve the problem of the food smell leaking from the kitchen into the reception areas. Every time we use to enter the hotel through the reception, the first impression is the kitchen smell which to our opinion makes the feeling uncomfortable...!! I am sure with a professional advise they could solve this problem easily or perhaps to compensate with other alternative injected fragrances.

Review 29：We were in room 504, at the top floor and I guess it is called the suit, and probably this room is one the recently renovated ones comparing to the age of the building as it looks. The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. the toilette as well was very nicely designed not to mention the fantastic terrace overlooking and dominating the city and the bay. we should definitely return in this room to enjoy the sunrise once again and the spectacular view.

Review 36：We were charged with one night's stay on our credit card as a guarantee before arriving at the hotel despite our early booking.We had booked our stay on march 13th and our arrival date was august 14th.What we did not like is not so much that we were charged but the fact that the reception only told us about it at check-out time.I believe we should have been informed on arrival.

Review 37：We found this holiday really relaxing.People at the reception desk were helpful.The pool and the whole area near it was magnificent. The pool bar restaurant had delicious cuisine and very friendly staff. Everything served was good value for money.Since this bar was open almost all day long, one could profit any time which helped the visitor make the best use of the pool.Our room which was a suite, had a spacious balcony with a marvelous view to the sea and pool, one of the best we ever had.The breakfast buffet is also a plus because of its food and sweets' variety.The kids loved the mini football table and billiard.

Review 38：The machine coffee was really bad and the orange juice tastes like a concoction of chemicals. The management was very unprofessional when we complained about the size of our 'family room'. They use the same room size whether you book a double, triple or quadruple. They put the double sofa bed in a small room blocking access to the fridge and AC. Management refused to admit that the room was not a quadruple as shown in the pictures at booking.com.

I cannot call the beach the space with 3 meter width of sand fully crowded and you have no space to swim because of buoys and boats), small old village with nothing really to buy (you should go to Nafplio), ants in room, you should pay for towels (not much - 1 euro, but quite strange), rooms are better on photos than in real life

Review 44：Our family room was excellent. Great size, the balcony was huge & the view was breathtaking! Our boys had another double room which was a good size too with a view of the hills. The pool was lovely, great size & sun loungers were plentiful. The pool bar/snack area was great and again lovely views from there. Breakfast was good too with lots of choice for all our family. We ate dinner one evening at the pool area which was nice too. The staff were all excellent, great service, friendly, efficient & helpful. Our thanks goes to all the staff, particularly the lovely reception staff who organized our return taxis to the airport after a company let us down. We have four children aged, 9, 12, 14 & 18 & we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the King Minos Hotel. We had a lovely family holiday.

Review 45：...WHEN you confirm in your booking that you want a room with a sea view (as they are advertised on the pictures) you might end up with one with a parking view (nowhere advertised on the pictures)! And if you dare to ask to change room you will be told in a rude manner that your request is not legitimate and that the pictures are not contractual. This is the story I went through with this hotel. If you want a room with sea view there is no guarantee, it is the same price for all rooms! With hindsight I would not have booked this hotel as I didn’t get what is marketed on the website. To have a view on the parking, the bill was way too expensive. Finally, hotel at the extreme end of city and uphill, perfect if you like exercise in the heat after the beach or a restaurant.

Review 47：While the view was magnificent, it was a bit of a walk down the hill to the town below. While Tolo is a quiet little seaside town, a much more interesting and vibrant place is Nafplio, nearby and really worth a visit.

Review 89：From the hotel's perspective, the only improvement I would recommend is the breakfast, which was only average. Tolo itself was not as nice as we had hoped. There is no boardwalk, and while picturesque from a distance, really offers little else. However, it is so close to other beautiful villages and beaches as well as Nayplio that with a car it is a nice place to center oneself to explore the area.

Review 90：The hotel is very comfortable, clean and beautifully situated. Our room on the top floor had an extra large balcony with a panoramic view to the sea. The staff were not only efficient but genuinely friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. We also enjoyed being able to eat in a taverna right on the beach with the surf literally touching your feet. A great experience. Great value for the money.

Review 92：Enormous rooms, we also had a huge balcony (almost terrace) with a fantastique sea view. Perfect location - in the greek village with not many foreign tourists and big hotels chains. There are also lots of nice and cheap tavernas nearby. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Sunbeds on the beact are also inlcuded in the roomrate. Wifi works perfectly.

Review 106：A very pleasant, comfortable and nicely located hotel, situated on an elevated site a few blocks from the seafront and with spectacular sea views. It is within a couple of minutes walk of the harbour and beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and is 15-20 minutes by car to Nafplio. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was adequate if not spectacular, and the poolside bar provided good bar food with pleasant staff. The pool itself is sizeable (and unusually deep!) with nice views. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there and would happily return.
