Reviews for Ty Rhosyn Guest House

Review 1:nothing bad to say the location is good but wish it had some nice walks around without driving.

Review 2:Friendly, warm couple running it with loads of energy, we enjoyed the peace and freedom of using the annex. The breakfast was lush fresh , homemade bread, gooseberry raspberry jams any thing you wanted was dealt with straight away.

Review 3:The bathroom wall heater could do with moving toward the shower cubicle, so as to alleviate getting a hot right knee whilst sitting on the loo.

Review 4:The independence from the main building. The food was spot on.

Review 5:No bad experience

Review 6:Friendly landlady and her husband good food very clean lovely location can't fault it 10 out of 10 recommend to my friends and family will visit again enjoyed

Review 8:Loved the style, comfort and independence of the annex which allowed us to come and go without disturbing anyone. The choice and standard of breakfast was really impressive and our hosts were warmly welcoming and accommodating.

Review 9:The couple that run this place are very accommodating and friendly the room was comfy with everything you need - glad we were staying here than the premier inn up the road.

Review 10:The excellent home-cooked dinner served in our room and the friendliness of our hosts. Also the situation of the room, being in an annex, was quiet and away from the main house.

Review 11:bed a little hard to sleep on.

Review 12:Fantastic host and hostess, very personable and friendly. Wonderful food, provide evening meal if required. A quiet location in small rural lvillage which suited us.

Review 13:Nothing

Review 14:The accommodation was self-contained, separate from main dwelling and ideal. Mark and Vicky were the perfect hosts having a 'can do' attitude to providing a service. Breakfast was hearty. Left my charger behind and Mark kindly posted it to my home address. Will definitely go back again.

Review 15:Mike and Victoria are lovely people - the perfect hosts. The accommodation was really nice. Easy car parking. Huge bed (so good if you are over 6ft tall), lovely shower room. We ate in the evening - food is brought to the annex. Both meals were superb. We ate breakfast in the main house with Mark and Victoria. Good choice and perfectly cooked. Eggs were fresh that morning from their chickens! I would thoroughly recommend Ty Rhosyn. When next in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Review 16:Only small downside was wifi not available in annex but easy accessed outside or in house itself.

Review 17:Good location to travel around south coast. Peaceful and comfortable accommodation. Mark and Vicky were the most helpful and friendly hosts. Home cooked breakfasts and suppers very enjoyable.

Review 18:Only slightly negative point was the lack of wifi in the room.

Review 19:The room was excellent, very comfortable and spacious. Both Mark and Victoria were very welcoming and wonderful hosts, Victoria's breakfast was lush :-) Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Review 20:Nothing - perfect stay, perfect place, loved it.

Review 21:Everything, lovely place, comfortable, quiet and airy. Mark & Vicki were so welcoming, both seemed genuinely nice people. The annexe was lovely, The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a log, shower was hot and proper bath towels. Will go back and stay here every time we go to see my friends as it is not too far away and just perfect. Breakfast was amazing and the poach eggs Vicki prepared form their chickens were to die for and cooked to absolute perfection so thank you to you both for a wonderful stay, cheers !!

Review 22:Mark and Victoria are the perfect hosts. Made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived to the time we left. Wished we could have stayed longer. We stayed in the annex which was perfect for us. Lovely clean room and the breakfast was great.

Review 23:A lovely room, very warm. We had a meal in the evening, which was served in our room , it was piping hot and excellent, pudding was to die for. Breakfast was served in the main house, we had a great choice everything we could have wished for. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

Review 24:The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Will definitely be staying there again!!

Review 25:I didn't ask, but I could not detect a wifi signal on my phone or ipad. That might be because the annex is separate from the house.

Review 26:The annex is like the worlds smallest hotel, but a big room. very well presented & mark & Vicky were excellent host thew best B&B hosts I have ever had the pleasure to stay with. Their evening menu is great & good value, the breakfast are really good & the hospitality is brilliant.

Review 27:We had a lovely stay Mark and Victoria couldn't have been any more helpful. The food was excellent and all local ingredients which is important to us. The wifi didn't work in the annexe but that didn't bother us. Very convenient for Haverfordwest.

Review 28:Excellent welcome and attention to detail. Very cosy. Very friendly hosts.Really felt like home. Excellent food. Although in the country, not far from Haverfordwest.

Review 29:A 10 minute drive from Haverfordwest, don't plan to sleep here if you don't have a car. Also, if for some reason you don't like to sleep almost in front of a graveyard, don't book a room here. :)

Review 30:The room is modern and clean, well furnished and cozy. Service is great: breakfast and dinner are served directly to the room.

Review 31:Only stayed 1 night, would have loved to have stayed longer!!

Review 32:Fab stay. Beautiful comfortable room, with everything we could ask for. Breakfast excellent . Owners very friendly & couldn't do enough for us, well organised and efficient.

Review 33:I loved the welcome, the food, my room. Everything was great, especially Mark and Vicky who made me feel very welcome and i will definitely be staying with them again. I recently lost my husband and this was my first experience of travelling along and Vicky and Mark made my stay a memorable experience.

Review 34:Could not get wifi in the room, but could outside front door, I would put a extension box into the room to pickup the wireless signal from the main house. Very minor point really as it was actually nice not to get emails to my phone! Only picking up on something as I must, a really great stay overall.

Review 35:Hospitality second to none, very attentive would defiantly return soon. Food is a must, all homemade to your liking, breakfast is amazing, did not need to ask for anything at all as everything has been thought of and accommodated for. Should be a 5 +star and I've been to some various accommodation to gauge this

Review 36:Access not straightforward which might be a problem for some. Narrow roads, steep/tight access to property.

Review 37:Very welcoming and comfortable, though room facilities limited by lack of wifi and not great TV selection. Peaceful and well located if you don't need quick access to coast.

Review 38:We couldn't connect to the internet even though WiFi was available.

Review 40:The Wi Fi connection in the annex wasn't great but you could go in the house, but that was only a small thing in an otherwise great place.

Review 41:We had the separate annex which was lovely, quiet and private. Mark & Vicky were charming hosts and made us very welcome. The breakfast was fantastic, as was the meal Vicky made on the first night. Martha and Harvey their two dogs were delightful too and very well behaved. Good access to all the local amenities and beaches. Would highly recommend.

Review 88:A fantastic place in a beautiful small village setting. Not far from Haverfordwest so ideal for accessing lots of places of interest. Maps and guides were already in the room & our hosts were more than happy to discuss options and offer directions. The breakfast can only be described as amazing. The full welsh breakfast set us up for the day( it's great to know your eggs are from the chickens at the property). Breakfast was served in our stunning annex room. The grounds have several opportunity for the inner photographer to express their creativity. And the two Labradors are just adorable.
