Review 1：Big and spacious room with beautiful terrace. Althea is close to many terrific beaches and to lots of nice restaurants. In 20 minutes you can get to Lefkada town

Review 2：we loved the view from the balcony. It was a great base for visiting the beaches on the west coast. Ag. Nikitas is only a short walk (800m) so you don't have to drive - but remember to take a torch as the road is not lit. Its a great place to get something to eat and drink - live traditional music too! :)

Review 3：I really can say that during our stay in Althea studio everything was great. Starting from place where studio is located(for people who likes calm and relax vacation), in the room everything was new, stuff was really great and whatever question what we had regarding beaches and other interesting locations on island they always helped a lot.

Review 5：This place is very average and overpriced for what it is, and it's location is not great; it's not in Agio Nikitas, it's a short drive away but too far to walk. We paid 80 euros for 2 people, you can get a lot better than that in town.

Review 7：Perfect location, the best place to be if you want fast access to Khatsimi beach. Also good position to get to Egremni beach and Porto Katsiki. Clean, every 3 days new sheets and towels etc.

Review 8：- Very noisy during the day due to the traffic to/from the beaches. (it gets better in the night though) - Sparse kitchenette equipment. As we mostly ate outside, it was fine with us, but if you plan your trip with kids, it wouldn't be enough. - Towels and linen were changed in 2-3 days, not DAILY. - The pillows were uncomfortable. - A little bit pricey. - Don't go there (or anywhere in Lefkada for that matter) if you don't have/or rent a vehicle/motorcycle.

Review 9：- Villa's overall appearance was fantastic, loved the nice yard, decorated with trees and flowers. - I liked the thing that there was no common entrance, but each studio had separate doors, and a faucet in front of it so you can wash your sandals before entering the studio. - Nice terrace with table and chairs where you can sit, relax or have your meal there. - There was parking available for every car, and a hose with which you can wash your car after the dusty roads. - The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. - It was relatively close to Ag. Nikitas, Mylos & Kathisma beach (though as I said earlier, you can't go anywhere without transport). - There was a gas station nearby. - Worth to mention: This was the first time I've been somewhere, where the owner/host actually READ my requests per booking. We recommend the place and we would go there again.

Review 10：Everything! The apartment was clean, well equipped, comfy bed & lotsof natural light. A nice little patio with table to have breakfast atevery morning. Well stocked kitchen for self catering, mini fridge &clean bathroom. Anastasios was more than helpful answering each questionwe had & ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. Nothingis too much trouble for him! He even helped us get a good deal for ascooter for the week! He was a great host and we couldn't behappier. Eleni the house keeper was a lovely lady and did an exceptionjob, our apartment was spotless every day. We will definitely stay hereagain! I would recommend organising some transport if you stay herethough, makes the trip back from town much easier after a long day onthe beach. Walking it's probably 15-20mins. We ended up extendingour stay here and will stay again.

Review 11：1. A bit noisy during the day, due to the street outside (but rather quiet at nights, fortunately)2. Wifi access was not available all the time (especially at early in the morning) 3. Review 12：1. Close to the most of the beautiful beaches of Lefkada (Kathisma, Pefkoulia, Ag. Nikitas, Mylos, Megali Petra, Kavalikefta) and not very far from Gialos beach (a very beautiful beach) either2. When the temperature outside was high, the room inside was cool (no need for a/c at all) 3. Large parking area 4. High speed Wifi access inside and outside the room 5. Nice view to the mountain and the sea (a little further for the sea, though) 6. Comfortable room, with a lot of space and many electrical sockets/outlets (rather rare for a room of this kind in Greece)

Review 15：It is a perfect, traditional place to stay, with magnificent view to natural beauty of forest and sea. Very clean & comfortable room with daily clean up service! Excellent support of the host of Althea, helping us choose the best places to visit. Also, Agios Nikitas, is a location that allows you to go to the best beaches of the island (Egremnoi, Kathisma, Porto Katsiki, Kalamitsi Beach, Mylos) very easily. Moreover, there was a pretty large parking area provided by the studio which is a rare thing to find!

Review 17：Very nice view from the rooms. Excellent location as it's conveniently close to Ayios Nikotas but not in the centre.

Review 18：The kitchenette is very sparsely equipped: 3 glasses, 3 small and 3 large plates and 2 coffee cups, only one huge casserole and one frying pan. We brought our own knives and small espresso coffeemaker. There is no sugar, salt, pepper etc. The water from the shower cabinet pours down on the floor and does not disappear into the sink. There was no cloth or other things to dry the floor. There is quite a lot of traffic at the times when people travel to/from the beach. There is not much privacy on the terrace but we were lucky with our neighbors. If you have kids you need a car to stay here. It is too far from the village, and there is no pavement and no street lights. It is risky to wander along the road, especially after the dark.

Review 19：The place is quite in the evening and the stuff is very nice and helpful. The room is nice and clean. There is no sea view but the view to the forest is also very nice.

Review 27：Booked this place because of the reviews saying it was quiet and pleasant. But this is incorrect as the drains gurgle with every toilet flush in the hotel. Sadly the terrace is open and noisy neighbours ruined the tranquility.

Review 29：Not well-tuned Wi-Fi router - one device can consume a whole channel without a chance for others to even read the mail. No top holder for a shower in the bath cabin.

Review 30：Very quiet place with a wonderful view of the mountains. Only 10 apartments and some distance from the city - make this hotel even more restful. It takes 5 minutes to get to the Kathisma beach by car. The nearest tavern in Marathes is a good one - if you don't want to cook dinner by your-self.

Review 31：There were a few cons: the value for money was not very good. We werenot offered breakfast with the price and the the little kitchen had afew things in it to prepare simple things but no coffee maker and therewas not even dish soap and a sponge to clean dishes with. The room wascleaned every day but the only thing they did was maybe change towelsand take out the trash. That was it. The little out door space had noprivacy as your neighbors are sitting right next to you and can see intoyour room if they want to.

Review 32：I liked the overall appearance of the hotels exterior and the room wasdecent as well. The hotel had parking which was very good because manyother hotels in the area did not. The room was very clean when wearrived and the whole grounds seemed very clean. Overall it was a goodplace to stay

Review 33：Low standard in kitchenware but the friendly staff helped with things that were missing. I was disturb by the fact that there are a electrical power line drawn just over the building going up over the mountains. The bed was just ok no luxury.

Review 34：Spacious wellplanned room and the kitchenett where in the hallway so you had the feeling of a complete bedroom without any disturbing noise from the fridge. Lovely terrace with mountain view.

Review 36：Accommodation in Althea is very clean and comfortable. Our main impression about Althea is their wonderful sun terrace. Great view, peace and quiet, fresh air and the sound of crickets is the image (and sound – meaning Enjoy the silence :)) that we brought with us home.

Review 37：The equipment in the kitchen was quite poor and not clean (glasses). If you really want to self-cater in the appartment bring washing up liquid and pots etc - and a bottleopener. Walking up the mainstreet from the village to the apartment during darkness is quite dangerous (20 min walk), bring torches (or App..). View on sea is limited

Review 38：The rooms were clean and nice with lovely terace. We really enjoyed to be a little bit away from toursitic village. Perfect to have a safe parking as Agios Nikitas is in the summermonth too crowded. With a car the location is perfect! Very quiet place, view mostly on mountains.
