Review 1：That I had to leave!
Review 2：Everything about Maistrali Hotel is fantastic. The location is unbeatable, the value is ridiculously great, and Babis - who runs the place - is one of the nicest people you'll ever encounter. We got married on Serifos and Babis was not only a great and hospitable host, but he also helped with so many aspects in getting the wedding ready. Above and beyond.
Review 3：Smaller balcony than other rooms, and the meltemi was up so was very windy out there!

Review 9：Nice hotel located near but not too close to the habour action in Livada. Very helpful and kind staff (thank you so much for the farewell gift!), good breakfast buffet, clean rooms even if a little worn-out. If a sea view is not available, the other balconies show you the sunset! Town beach is right in front of the hotel, but better beaches are easily reached by foot.
Review 10：This hotel is very old but its clean and perfect for a stay, we paid for the seaview which was well worth it, The owner is great very very helpful, he provides you with Mossy plug ins!! and on our departure gave us a gift.. The only downside is our bed was very uncomfortable but Im sure they all arent..
Review 11：Usually there are little glitches in each hotel: this device doesn't work as it should, that smells, the other thing is dirty. In Maistrali we observed not a single such glitch throughout our 7-day stay. Συνήθως υπάρχουν μικροπροβλήματα σε κάθε ξενοδοχείο: αυτός ο μηχανισμός δεν δουλεύει, το άλλο πράγμα μυρίζει, το τρίτο δεν είναι καθαρό. Στο Μαϊστράλι δεν βρήκαμε ούτε ένα τέτοιο μικροπρόβλημα καθ' όλη την 7 ημερών παραμονή μας.

Review 14：The bathrooms let this place down, very much needing a upgrade so if you are prepared to put up with the very old bathroom in exchange for a fantastic view.

Review 16：On requesting to pay our bill with our debit card, the card machine was "broken". We have encountered this on many occasions in Greece, twice on this particular holiday. Thankfully, there was cash in the ATM in the town.

Review 18：We had booked the inland view rooms looking towards Chora but were allocated rooms at the front with fabulous balconies and lovely sea views. Babis was extremely helpful on where to visit on the island. He even returned an item to me by courier that I had left in the room after we had moved on to another island! Wonderful!
Review 19：Bed was a little too firm for my taste, but I love pillow top beds and tons of pillows so I can't hold it against them!!!! I just happen to be very picky with my beds :)
Review 20：Everything !!!! It was perfect, a beautiful place, great location with a great view, very clean and well maintained!!!!!!!! I loved it here..........the manager/owner was very kind and accommodating. You felt very at home here. I would always stay here when visiting Serifos!!!!! 10 out of 10 in my book!!!
Review 21：Friendly, small hotel, right on the bay / beach and just far enough along the road from the shops and restaurants for them to be handy but not noisy. Did not eat there but relaxed a lot.
Review 22：The bed needs to be replaced - we could feel the springs and had to sleep on our beach towels, which still didn't help much. When we checked in the bathroom tap had toothpaste on it from the previous guest.

Review 24：The way the owner waited for us, with a short but very helpful explanation about what was prepared in the room for us, what can be seen on the island and how the best beaches can be reached together with a map of the island. Mr. Bobolos was the most of the time there and always prepared to answer every tourist's questions, even if one may not be his guest. I will never forget the small details like the lightened candle in the chimney, a little rock with a fish carved on it near the shower, the very helpful device with tablets against mosquitoes and I can not help but to mention the small but tasty cinnamon candies on the reception desk. In a fewer words it is a clean, friendly, peaceful and welcoming hotel that I would visit again any time.
Review 25：Great position opposite the beach and close to lots of restaurants. Nice value for money breakfast. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and the little bottle of wine at check out was a nice touch.
Review 26：Asked and got Sea View Room, andFantastic View but spoilt by Noise from Road in front if you had doors open.You could close doors but then would need AC on, which we dont Like,if choice between rear rooms and Quite or front View would still take front sea view, and did not spoil break,

Review 54：Babis, the owner, is a lovely, friendly man who speaks several languages. He really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and at home, and ensure you have a great stay on Serifos. My room was simple but airy, comfortable, and good value for money. I loved my quiet, shady balcony at the back with the view of the Chora (old town), and am actually quite glad I didn't get the sea view I asked for, as these balconies also face the (small, but sometimes noisy) road, and the bright sun! Breakfast is a simple but perfectly adequate buffet, good value at €5, and/or free coffee.
Review 55：If you choose the room with a sea view it can be noisy in the morning and also if you want to sleep later than 10am it can be difficult because of the coming light since they face the sunrise. If you close the drapes and put AC on though it is no problem.
