Review 1：As we went in the off season time some things were not available but room was good for stay.

Review 3：Not enough isolation nor privacy (hearing the neighbours snore, etc.) in the room, the view was not spectacular and the guiding assistance granted is also minimal.

Review 6：Very nice: I got picked up by a taxi from the port and it was paid by the hotel. The room was really nice with a view over the port. Everything could be reached on foot and for the nice beach, another taxi could be arranged. Many thanks!

Review 9：Staff were friendly and courteous.It is very close to the pier where the ferries dock. It is convenient walk to restaurants, bakeries and right in the heart of Lavadi. Breakfast for a few additional dollars each day was a bargain. Excellent value which met all of our traveling needs. Scooter or car rentals nearby for exploring the islands.

Review 11：Very friendly staff/manager. The room looked fresh and new, new and stylish furnish, fresh paint, a wonderfull & very large bed. The bath clean white and nice. You can see that the manager has a feeling for a nice ambiente and that she has an eye for the small details.

Review 13：Located in Livadi, above main road right after the Port. Staff was very helpful. Room was on the 2nd floor (no elevator), quite spacious, with views of the bay and Chora. Reasonable price. Good Wi-Fi. Recommended.
Review 14：A small part of the shades was missing, so light entered in the morning and woke us up on the first day. We covered it with a blanket for the next days though, so no big problem.

Review 23：Walking distance from the port and all the shops/restaurants of Livadi. Even closer to great souvlaki at Tootsies! Clean, clean, clean! AC and quiet room, slept really well. Great low price. Naias is ideal for those who want a "base camp" for sleep and showering so they can explore Serifos and know that they will return to a clean, peaceful environment.
Review 24：The rooms are very basic, the hotel is old and could really need some refurbishment. OK, you´ve got your A/C, hairdryer and TV, but that´s it. Rate is far too expensive, even for high season. Plastic chairs on the balcony are not necessary... how much more costs a wooden one? Wifi worked only for a few hours, it´s open and really weak.
Review 25：The Hotel has a very good location, view to port and Livadia, and just a few minutes walk to Livadakia beach (a nice one!). Both employees are very nice and helpful, and the place is clean and has very good towels.

Review 29：Helpful staff and great location, two minute walk from the beach. Daily cleaning of the rooms and comfy beds and pillows. The balcony was big and isolated. You could leave your air condition on even after leaving the room, which was great after the beach heat. Quiet rooms with low profile people who understand that everyone is there to relax.

Review 44：We arrived just before the main season and the hotel was quiet empty not only of other guests but also of any hotel staff,we only ever saw a staff member when we checked in and once when we checked out. We had ordered breakfast on booking.com and when we fronted up to the breakfast area the next morning we were told 'but you have to let us know', we thought by booking it we had let hem know. They desperately searched for food for us for breakfast but due to the need to get to the port in a hurry we only ate a few mouthfuls. They were good enough not to charge us for the breakfast. None of this really is a big deal but after we had experienced before and since so many warm and wonderful pensions and guesthouses and their wonderful owners throughout Greece, Naias while in a great location just between the port and the beach (2mins walk to either) and clean just lacked hospitality.
