Review 2：Good location, a short walk from town center. Regular bus service from outside hotel. Warm rooms with facilities. Fantastic bath robes. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant. Breakfast cooked to order. All in all great value for money. Will stay again and recommend to others.

Review 3：I was travelling with my elderly father who found the walk in to town further than we were led to believe when we booked the hotel.

Review 4：All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were spotlesslyclean and comfortable and well stocked with tea and coffee making facilities, including hot chocolate and biscuits. Nice toiletries were also provided.

Review 11：The only thing to mention was the unhelpful and surly response of the barman who gave us Jersey pound notes in change and refused to exchange them for coins, even though he knew we were going home the next day. This was however quickly remedied by the extremely friendly and efficient receptionist who put it right straightaway,when we reported it to her.

Review 13：The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I celebrated a birthday while staying at the hotel and the staff surprised me with cake and a candle at breakfast and a card placed in my room before I returned there after breakfast.

Review 35：We had upgraded our room and checked for a large bed we did not get this we got a very hard double a bathroom down 5 stairs that my girlfriend cut her toe on the metal strip the bathroom door did not close and when it did shut it would not open so I opened it from the room to have the handle come off when we complained we were told they are booked and nothing they can do. This was the worst stay I have had at a hotel with the floor above creaking you get no sleep.

Review 54：No complaints! If you have a car make sure you let the hotel know as there is no parking on the hotel site, you will need to pull up outside the main entrance which is on a busy main road but as mentioned the hotel staff are very accommodating and will unload and park for you

Review 55：Have stayed a couple of times at this hotel, the staff are happy to park and collect your car in the small parking area located two seconds away. Room service is quick the rooms are very clean and while the hotel is on a busy main road it is surprisingly quiet at nighttime. I walk to the main shopping area which takes me 10 mins. The beach is close too.

Review 94：The wifi was poor. It was slow and frequently dropped out or failed to work for my room, room 104. I asked for a quiet room and was given one at a corridor crossroads and at the top of the stairs to reception, so I was kept awake by the guests who came in late and woken up by the earliest risers. The staff kindly offered me another single room, but it was even tinier than the one I had been given so I stayed where I was. I should also mention the very narrow and small car park, which necessitated 74-point turns to get in and out, although the staff were willing to come out and get your car out of the car park.

Review 95：The location was good:15 minutes walk into the centre of town. The food was also good and the staff were helpful. The hotel was nice and attractively furnished. It was let down by room size, poor wifi and small, narrow car park.
