Review 3:Lovely garden room. James and Alistair were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was vey good. Lovely touch to have a Birthday gift and card. Thank you!
Review 4:Very welcoming, and situated in a quiet location but only 10 mins walk to the town centre. Would recommend to any friends thinking of spending a night or two in King's Lynn.
Review 5:We could not fault anything. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and attractively furnished, the shower room facilities beautifully clean and efficient and breakfast had wide choice and was excellently cooked. But above all, the owners were most friendly and helpful and one felt one was being welcomed in to a friend's home.
Review 6:Fairlight Lodge was easy to find and parking was easy. We had a friendly welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. Fairlight Lodge is about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Breakfast room is beautiful and comfortable, great full English breakfast.

Review 10:Owners couldn't do enough for you, lovely couple. Ample supplies of milk and teabags and home made biscuits every day.
Review 11:The Owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and well presented with superb quality bedding. The choice of food offered for breakfast was excellent; well cooked and presented. Toiletries provided in bathroom, and the home made biscuits left in bedroom each day were welcome, unexpected, extras. Would definitely stay again.
Review 12:Quiet location but within easy walk of the town. As we travelled by train it couldn't have been more convenient, 10 minutes across The Walks from the station. Alastair and James give a warm welcome and are readily on hand with any information you may require. Breakfast is excellent and served in a charming dining room. We had the twin en-suite which is quite small but perfectly adequate and well-equipped. Everywhere spotlessly clean! If we are ever in King's Lynn again it will certainly be our choice of accommodation.
Review 13:For me the mattress was not up to their high standard, but then again I prefer a pillow top!
Review 14:Very helpful couple, you have to like the small things that add up to a well thought out B & B towels large enough thick and soft cotton, breakfast was made from good ingredients, most things I noticed had been chosen based on quality rather than price.
Review 15:Nothing
Review 16:This was our first visit to Kings Lynn and Fairlight and James andAlasdair could not have done more to make us feel welcome to what, forthem, is a fairly new business. They were keen to promote the area andoffered tips on where to visit and eat out in the evening and werealways interested in how you had spent your day. I have a gluten freediet and our hosts went out of their way to provide an excellentbreakfast which included gf muesli, sausage and bread. Also during ourstay the temperature changed and we were offered a lighter duvet, something we greatly appreciated. Lastly, I cannot write a reviewwithout mentioning their stunning garden which our room overlooked and Ihad the pleasure of viewing every morning!
