Review 1：i didnt like the deluxe suite as there was no bath tub and the room kept having power trip..but maybe cause the room was on the sea..but still it was nice..

Review 2：we had a free upgrade to a junior suite and the room was amazing..this is out second time there..but we prefer our previous room as it was much comfy..

Review 7：F&B department need to be more creative and must capture busy period to fc imitate guests experience. More can be done and look like no planning for Christmas. Pick up from jetty, we were asked to walk far under the rain. Should provide umbrella. The beach are dead in the afternoon, 11 am onwards. Swimming pool must have pool etiquette fr the users. Swim suites and not with purdah, t shirt and tudung. The pool were milky in color due to poor maintenance. The building is new but no simulation done. Buffet food slow in replenishment. At times fed up waiting for refill.

Review 8：The staff are hospitable. They try their best to accommodate the guests request. Robin has a good potential and also salesman ship.

Review 9：We were cheated of Indo SIM card upon arrival. The hotel staff who met us recommended a shop at BBT. Each sim card cost us 160,000rp and was told there 2GB internet usage valid for 1 mth wen wat was printed on the casing was only 10000rp. We bought 2 total 360,000rp. On the same day we receive msg that the card expiring on the very day and balance only 300rp. We approach the staff who recommended us the next day. He appeared not surprised at all and told us maybe we got cheated. He then told us that we can top up the card at the hotel reception. Set us wondering if the hotel rep corroborated with the shop. Howver, the driver who fetch us was good and appeared more sincere. Maybe we should hv asked him instead.

Review 11：Wish the facility in the room like the aircon and the tap at the basin to be in a better condition; the second room we had taken had very effective aircon and room facility; Cost to go to nearby beaches are pretty expensive compared to taking a complimentary shuttle to sister resort and then taking a cab from there.

Review 13：If you're going to enjoy the sea it's not the hotel for it/ Although it is situated just on the water you won't be able to swim сause of shallow water and seaweed/ Hotel has a lot of stuff and less visitors but when we came to the restaurant one hour before closing we were refused in supper, also during breakfast which finishes 10 am we were reminded that its over as if we interfered someone staying there 10 minutes later. There were a lot of bikes but we couldnt take them for rent. General impression - we just wasted our time and money/

Review 14：The only staff that was helpful was Dedi. The check-in was ok with no help in carrying luggage. The restaurant staff were fine, but not very proactive.

Review 27：Agro Bintan Beach Resort is a place where you can enjoy your vacation without necessarily spending a lot. The food was very tasty and fresh, the staff were so warm and friendly and the service was really great that they will assure to give you your necessities during your stay. I was also amazed with their "organic" vegetable garden which is very rare to find in resorts. This is a good place to stay if you want quality time for your friends and families.

Review 28：Room aircon and bath tab are not function properly. Every night 5 min no electric power. both swimming pools are too dirty.

Review 30：The transport rates into the city were quite expensive and not very worth it. Not much sightseeing venues available. Come here if you just want to wind down or for a short getaway. The food in the resort restaurant could be better.

Review 33：The resort is really peaceful. The fact that our room was east facing and right next to the sea made it really wonderful to watch the sunrise everyday from the verandah. The placement of the dinner restaurant over stilts in the sea with nice candlelight made it all the more romantic.

The towels were stained. The breakfast were swarmed with flies. The waiters and waitress just stand there and watch you eat. They don't bother to cover back the food.

Review 88：Rooms are very basic, water in pool not clean, sun loungers old, scruffy and very uncomfortable, the sea is dirty (plastic rubbish), the sister resort Cabana is much nicer but there the beach is very tarry and the restaurant is more expensive (for the same dishes) and not as good as in the Agro. I don't want to be mistaken - the hotel is nice if the standard is OK for you. But it is not good if you want to swim in the sea or relax at the pool.

Review 92：There was no means of traveling outside the resort. It felt like a prison. Just renting motor bikes to explore the rest of trikora beach would be nice and would give you some freedom.

Review 98：... Except, one major problem (for me) were the sunloungers, or lack of! Only 7 in total around the pool, very old, made of heavy wood, in desperate need of replacing, with NO mattresses, so really uncomfortable (this really was a do nothing holiday for us so we expected to do a lot of lounging around, but honestly, the chairs were just too uncomfortable!) Also, the hotel didn't provide beach towels, but I'd read this on someone else's comments luckily, so we did take our own towels with us. Also; beware of the tides, they change every six hours, so depending on the time, sometimes you couldn't swim in the sea in the mornings, you had to wait til much later on in the day, same thing for watersports, they weren't always available first thing in the morning if the tide was out!

Review 99：We loved the fact that we basically had both pools to ourselves. The beach at Agro wasn't brilliant, so we would use the free shuttle to other hotel, Cabana, and use the beach there which was fabulous. Again, there was rarely anyone else there and we generally had the beach to ourselves. The rooms are a good decide, with sea views. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was huge, a bit weird at times for us Westerners... lots of fried meats, rice, noodles, curries, but plenty of pastries, cereals, fruit too. There are two restaurants, of which the Sun Moon restaurant is lovely, set on the end of a pier over the sea, with a lovely sea breeze blowing in, was bliss, and sooooo cheap. As a family of five with teenage sons, the average price of an evening meal for all of us was about 20 euros! We used the spa facilities too, again, great value for money and very professional. The water sports were very good too: the boys tried out the banana boat, big mable, fly fish, etc and we all went on a snorkelling trip to White Sands, which was paradise! Frankly, for the price we paid, we couldn't have asked for me, you really do get what you pay for, so we weren't expecting the Ritz, so we were pretty much happy with everything.

Review 100：What I did not like the most is the sea coz its not that clean. It has too many weeds. But you can try to go to cabana and walk through the shore to another small island which is adventurous for me. The pool is not that clean to. The management must do something about it. All in all it is still a nice place to go.. Its worth visiting and good for value for money. For me is that I received a bit more than I pages. =) we enjoyed there so much!!

Review 101：I generally liked the place, same with my girlfriends' opinion. The service was excellent! They were very hospitable. Nothing to complain about. I liked most is the food and massage! Food was great and its not too expensive coz their serving size at sunmoon restaurant was more than enough for two that is their "small" serving while medium can be enough for 3-4 persons. The room was very clean, organized and comfortable. Other notable is that you can also visit their sister resorts. They will ferry you there for free. In the morning its nice to visit cabana coz you can hop onto another small island just by walk. Err I have a lot to mention but little time. I can assure you, you will have a great time here if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay. I recommend you go with your friends coz water sports require minimum number of person.
