Villas Pantheon offers self-contained villas and two-story apartments in Agios Nikitas, one mile from Kathisma Beach. It features 2 pools with sun-lounger terrace, and a sitting room with satellite TV.
The air conditioned villas and maisonettes are independent, with private patio or balcony. Each has a furnished seating room with satellite TV and CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, table and microwave.
Guests enjoy free wired internet connection in public area, as well as in their villas or bungalows.
The hotel is 2 miles from the center of Agios Nikitas. Lefkada Town is 7.5 miles away. Free parking is also provided.

Review 1：Poor internet speed, poor selection of TV channels.

Review 2：The pool, view, sunset and location it's excellent. The staff is very friendly. Best beaches are in nearby.

Review 3：Not a negative but simply know that you will need a car to stay here. The distance to Agios Nikitas (closest village and beach) is prohibitive by foot.

Review 5：There is no internet, although they says it has. When it happens to have so weak that you can not even mail to open. They should have to put warning that beds are not for tall people. The beds in the bedroom with a metal fence and tall people can't sleep in them. Also the beds for the kids very uncomfortable. Garden furniture is next to neighbors so there is no privacy and always sunny. On all our complaints did not react at all.

Review 7：Excellent hospitality, friendly owner. All facilities and accomodation in great condition, very clean, neatly organized and daily being taken cared off.

Review 8：One of the places where the comfort and beauty blends perfectly ! The view is incredible, all the resort takes your breath away! The villas are spacious, equipped with everything that you need on a vacation, the personnel is always available and polite. A place where we'll be back for sure !

Review 9：Location, although beautiful is very remote, a car is ESSENTIAL. The walk down to the town is ok approx. 40 mins but the walk back is quite a challenge and shouldn't be done at night (especially with children)There are no taxis in the town. There are no shopping facilities on site and the bar own serves cheese toasties, with limited alcoholic beverages ie beer. To stay at Villas Pantheon you must hire a car.

Review 10：Villas excellent, pool fantastic, surroundings really good. The resort is very quiet and private. The amenities were to an excellent standard. Staff were lovely and very accommodating, nothing was a problem, the villas were ready on time and extremely comfortable.

Review 20：Location is great, pool and facilities are superb, staff is very nice and very friendly, all is extremely clean, the houses are nicely set over the the side of a mountain, so you still are able to keep your own privacy. Strongly recommend for families with children, for the pool is a big attraction with the young ones.

Review 52：The coordinates, published in booking list were not correct! We spentquite some time to find the hotel, as we overlooked one single board inAgia Nikitas. Wi-fi almost didn`t work in the apartments, we needed totake our computer to the pool area - it was better there. The floor insecond flat (a bedroom) was only of wooden boards, which were creapingterribly when someone was walking upstairs.

Review 53：We liked a pool in front of our apartment - unfortunately we were movedto another house the second day of our staying. But there was a pool ata reception and bar, so late in the evenings we used tha one.

Review 55：Average accommodation. One of the couple we travelled together failed to find the reserved room and had to stay at another hotel nearby. The bar did not offer many things, we had to travel by car to another location to get something to eat.
