Review 1：Kokkari is a gorgeous place to visit and Gregory Studios offers a beautiful view of the area. Close to local beach and shopping / dining precinct you can choose to either drive or walk there to any of these. Hire a car and drive to the many beautiful spots Samos has to offer including Vathi, Pythagorio, Mourtia Beach and the breathtaking Manolates. We could go on, but instead we suggest you grab a map and go exploring for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Review 3：Gregory studios is located in kokkari where most attractive place in samos. Hotel is very close to 2 most famous beaches which are lemonakia and tsamadou. These 2 beaches are very good for snorkeling. The beach and sea very clear and clean and hotel also.the hotel is constructed between olive and fig trees-awesome nature.when you re taking a sip of your drink, you can enjoy to watch sea view and sunset. Proprietor of hotel is quite friendly and helpful. There is no service for breakfast,lunch and dinner. You can prepate your own or you can go outside by walking takes (5 min lemonakia, 10min tsamadou, 20 min kokkari center) I strongly recommend to stay gregory if you visit kokkari,samos.
Review 4：It is near to 2 beautiful beaches (Lemonakia and Tsamadau). You can walk to restauraunts and shops of the town in 10-15 minutes. If you have a car, there is a free parking area in the center of the town. The sea view is amazing. You can sunbath in the afternoon and watch the stars at night lying on the sunbeds just in front of your apartment. It is quiet and calm area so you can have a good sleep at nights. The host and her family are very welcoming and helpful.

Review 8：Special location in a calm and wild enviroment (olive tree orchard), with wonderful sea view, above Lemonakia beach, one of the best in Samos. Host's special hospitality. Very nice looking Kokkari town. Tsamadou beach very close, excelent for snorkeling.
