Review 1：We loved everything about Anna Pension. It's a very special place and Anna and her family really make you feel at home and well cared for. The views and location were stunning and the restaurants in Liapades are great. We loved our week.
Review 2：Beautiful view, relaxed atmosphere, spacious bathroom with bide, in the kitchen we've found everything we needed. Anna and her family are nice and discrete people - not pushy, but at the same time they are there in case you need something. Generally - a nice place.

Review 4：The location close to the beach was wonderful but the beach-side bars were mainly an all-inclusive outfit. Food at these was poor. The tavernas up the hill come highly recommended though.
Review 5：Great location and Anna and her partner Llanes could not have been more helpful. Excellent value. Great for chilling out on the balcony or under the trees. All the basics were there including fridge and air-con - just not the latest kit (which was fine for us!). Great sea view!
Review 6：The place is not easy to find but when you eventually went up all the way and discover it hidden on the top of a little hill with breathtaking view, it was all worth the looking. The host Anna was so friendly...we rent a boat the next day so we asked her to book a taxi for us. She had to drive us to the port as the taxis were all busy and she didn't even charge us for that. We also asked to delay the check-out because we wanted to shower after going to the beach. She was completely understanding. Great place with great people and nice view!

Review 21：wonderfully situated, with view across the bay and a lovely terrace and patch of lawn, directly accessible from the room. in the apartment you find everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and its facilities, but in calm and natural environment.

Review 23：The Appartments had great views a little bit up the hill from a beautiful beach. It was comfortable and the breakfast which was included was lovely. Ate at the excellent little taverna on the beach and enjoyed swimming in the crystal clear waters at the end of October.
Review 24：Anna Pension is beautifully located above Liapades beach with a perfectly beautiful view on the bay. We spent hours on the terrace, enjoying the view and playing with the cats which belong to Anna Pension (but are not allowed inside the apartment). We stayed at the maisonette which is very nice decorated, the kitchen is well equipped, the shower has a bathtub and the bed is huge and very comfy. The beach is only a 2-minute walk away.
Review 25：Anna and her husband were so lovely, and so was the great great great place. Beautiful studio with a huge comfy bed, a shower (with bath!), an equipped kitchenette, and a view on the bay.
Review 26：Anna Pension has the most amazing views we've ever experienced in Greece, and sea view is our top priority when choosing accommodation. The maisonette is kept very clean. We loved that there was a parasol at our disposal to take to the beach. If you're staying local a lot, make sure you go to the Rovinia beach (there's a sign on the main road for a footpath leading to it). Anna and Kostas are wonderful hosts. They have two friendly cats, which now have two kittens. The feline family provides a lot of fun for cat lovers. Tip: As we had a GPS with very obsolete maps, it is good to know what one reviewer here said. When you reach Liapades by car, take the 'BEACH' direction and turn right at the Cricketer tavern. Then you will have to make two sharp right turns, mere meters one from another, on an extreme uphill. If you're not used to the gear shift, it is good to know that the first gear is the best way to go with a small car when going up to the pension.

Review 28：Just a few minutes walk from Lipiades beach it's a quiet retreat with not too many rooms with views overlooking the sea. Comfortable room cleaned every day and a helpful friendly family - nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay at Annas - thank you!

Review 41：Accommodation is much worse then presented, faked information throughphotos on booking and their website. Only one room out of four in theapartment is renovated (new floor tiles and furniture) everything else,including bathroom is at least 20 years old. The bathroom has very oldsinks so the smells spreads all around. Tile, water pipes and bath arein unacceptable condition, dirty is everywhere. As well strong smell ofcanalization is present outside throughout the day. The walls haven'tbeen painted for at least 10 years, being visibly dirty and old. Theplace is humid. The most appealing is the looks of the garden, whichseems as deserted place, unattended, with surviving flowers, pretty muchas you are all alone in the wildness, The place is packed with wasps, donot try to eat or drink or even sit outside before 9 pm. Parking is afield of dust, so when the wind blows the dust is everywhere around.

Review 46：Stunning location looking out over the bay. Great to walk to shops,beach, neighbouring bar/restaurant. From the hotel you can walk tosecluded beach coves, or through the olive groves for miles. We hadbreakfast everyday, good value. Lovely wild bird flying displays rightin front of the studio. Everybody on staff and in local area veryfriendly and obliging. We had a lovely week.
