Reviews for Grassington Lodge

Review 1:Everything about Grassington lodge was excellent. We received a warm welcome and were shown around the lounge area, dining area and snug area which had DVDs for us to watch or take over to our room. We stayed in the lodges, which were fabulous. Lovely, clean and spacious with a large ensuite. The extra touches made the stay even more enjoyable, the fresh milk and bottles of water in the fridge, the range of teas and fresh coffee, the hand wash and lotion (which could also be purchased). The breakfast was excellent (best breakfast I've ever had) and again we had a lovely warm welcome. We were also able to leave our car in the car park for the day after check out, giving us further opportunity to explored the area. Overall an excellent stay and we will return.

Review 2:Room 9 is a little too small and needs a deep clean; particularly the bathroom.

Review 3:Very attentive staff. Good quality accommodation. Nice touches such as sherry, DVDs, guest lounges.

Review 4:We booked last minute, we were disappointed with The suite at £165 per night is excessive, it didn't have the wow factor , just a bit plain overall and cramped in the dressing table area, with a big telescope next to it.

Review 5:We like the location, close to the shops, river and walks. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Review 6:Everything, Florian and Diane could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The facilities were excellent, a lot of thought had obviously gone into everything.

Review 11:Location, comfortable lounge, fridge, fresh milk and spacious room and bathroom. Very warm welcome.

Review 12:Room 9 was a "superior" room and was well-appointed but ,nevertheless, was cramped with a small en-suite room. A bigger hand basin and bath would have been welcome! All-in-all, the room was over-priced compared to

Review 13:Our sejourn was made most enjoyable by the excellent location in a charming Dales village, the professional and very personable attitude of Florian (the on-site manager), and the log fire combined with a complimentary glass of quality sherry! Very good parking.
