Review 1：Lovely welcome from the owner, most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Excellent breakfast. Umbrellas, a torch, water, fresh coffee and milk provided if required ( at no extra cost) and lovely toiletries in our room providing the essentials. Would definitely reccomend a lovely place to stay. Free parking and less than a five minute walk into padstow.

Review 6：The place had a stunning view. The decor was excellent every little detail was thought about. The breakfast was excellent fresh with good choice. The water and milk in the fridge and being able to help yourself was wonderful.

We had standard room as only one night, which was a little small, but cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. En-suite was a little tight but everything worked. Breakfast yummy & first class. I'm not one for a full breakfast, however my husband thoroughly enjoyed. I equally enjoyed lovely individual fresh fruit salad, natural yoghurt + poached eggs on toast. Great tea and coffee. Couldn't fault.
Review 8：The room was smaller than others we encountered on our road trip around the UK. The walk back from the seafront village could be a bit arduous for less fit travelers .

Review 14：The property isn't in the greatest of areas in Padstow but there is free parking and it is only a short walk down into the town so very convenient to go down in the evening for a meal.
Review 15：Very welcoming hosts. A stylish and immaculately clean room with added extras, eg, a range of fruit teas, a couple of 'pillow' chocolates. The limited sea view was a bonus. On our arrival we were brought tea/coffee with shortbread biscuits and a strawberry. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of cereals, fresh fruit and cooked options served in the upstairs dining room which has expansive views over the town and sea beyond.

Review 33：James and Lisa are excellent hosts. They are friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Breakfast was excellent eith lovely views! They even went the extra mile to ensure that as a Coeliac (following a gluten free diet), I didn't miss out on anything, even providing me with gluten free biscuits with our tea making facilities in the bedroom. We had a lovely, relaxing stay and would highly recommend!
Review 34：Lisa and James are excellent hosts and made us very welcome to their beautiful home, which is a 10 minute up-hill walk from the harbour. Rooms are bright and clean and have fab views over the Camel Estuary. The dinning room is on the upper floor and provides an even better view of the estuary. This B&B is a true gem and is highly recommended - we will certainly stay again next time in the region.

The location is great - only 5 mins walk to town - and I was lucky enough to have an estuary view, but you get this from your breakfast table in the morning. Lovely breakfast and cooked to order, with plenty of veggie choices. Locally sourced where possible. Great hosts and excellent value. Would stay any time I need a room in the area. Has parking, too, and a separate entrance for the rooms.

Review 106：Lisa & James made us very welcome, it was like a home from home, room was spotless, bed was comfortable, bathroom facilities second to none. Breakfast was excellent, I told Lisa I was on Weight Watchers & they made it easy for me to follow filling & healthy. Tea making facilities were excellent, with a constant supply of milk & bottled water from the fridge. Thank you james & Lisa for a lovely time x.
