Review 1：A fridge in the room, it was very hot at night and we shouldn't need to run to the bar for additional cool water.

Review 3：The slight negative about this hotel is that it is not lakeside it is a ten minute walk up a steady incline from the lake. However the hotel provides complimentary bikes and there is ample parking lake side if you go by car. Having said that the views from the hotel are fantastic.

Review 4：This hotel was pure quality from the moment you walk through the door. Everything is beautiful, stylish, chic, great atmosphere, fantastic staff, great facilities much more than we were expecting. The food was first class fine dining everyday in a superb dining room with large glass windows overlooking the terrace with lake views.

Review 5：the staff was artificially friendly, but completely incompetent/not reacting nor able/willing to offer any solution with regard to any individual (quite 'normal') wish.I found it e.g. inappropriate and small-minded for a hotel of this category that the towels of my booked and payed double room were reduced to the absolute minimum (1 and a half) for one person.

Review 7：I had booked a room for two, but (as my partner could not join me) was treated as a single person with reduction of comfort (towels), but without reduction of the room costs. Staff was friendly, but incompetent with regard to 'special' requests.

Review 9：The location is not ideal: it is quite a distance from the lake and it is up the hill, walking distance from the lake is about 15-20 min or one should drive a car or a bike. Then again this is what you like- it is much more quiet compare to the busy city center area. There is a nice swimming pool on the hotel grounds but no beach that belongs to the hotel. One could get a free access card from the reception to one of the public beaches but it is 7 km away from the hotel, so again one needs to drive a car or bike to get there. The room is nice and clean but we were surprised that there was no air conditioning which with the temperature of +30 outside would be expected in a 4 star hotel. It did not help that the window could not be opened at night because of the rail road nearby, the sound is really quite disturbing even with the windows closed and the trains pass by very frequently. Also, there was no minibar and therefore no fridge in the room. We had a room with the "lake" view but in reality we saw a lot of trees, highway and a tiny little bit of the lake, so this is really not worth the additional money. WiFi, although free of charge, did not work for more than 5 minutes in our room. I don't know if this is the case in the whole hotel area; since we did not need it urgently we did not bother to find out.

Review 10：Breakfast (wonderful freshly baked bread of several kinds and a big selection of homemade marmalade were my favorites!) , friendliness of the staff, rental bikes included, absolute cleanness of the room and all the common facilities. We did not take half pension but tried the dinner a la carte on one night. The selection on the menu is not big but the quality is excellent. Try Apfelstrudel for dessert or snack- one of the best I've ever had!
