Review 1：Home from home atomosphere. Tommy & Beth welcomed us with open arms. We enjoyed warm, stimulating conversations in addition to their lovely sense of humour. We have no hesitation in recommending Basil & Sybil's home / business to future interested parties.
Review 2：As its name suggests, this is a really comfortable B & B. Lovely warm room, much appreciated on a bitterly cold weekend. Fantastic breakfasts with wide variety of choice.
Review 3：Good location halfway between the sea front and town, with an easy level stroll to either. A quiet and nice area, a good base for trips to Newcastle, Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Very friendly owners, great breakfast, and easy parking in bays on the road outside.
Review 4：We could only get there after 10.30pm at night. I called to let them know and that was 'not a problem' and there was a friendly welcome on arrival despite the late hour. Very nice people.
