Review 1：- a lot of mosquitoes during the night if any window (even partially) open

Review 3：The room was too small. There were even no place to open our bags. So cramped that we kept some of our stuff on the balcony.

Review 7：Very welcoming, great location. Room led directly to beach. Room was quite small but very clean and let's face it, who is going to spend all their time in the room! Can definately recommend ( ladies note, no hairdryer but the sun works well!) Kokkari is a lovely place to stay, great restaurants and easy bus system if needed and easy to hire scooters, car etc.

Review 10：We spent 3 days at Giannis Perris and we were given the bedroom with access to the beach, Lovely and amazing spot! You can go to sleep listening to the sea and enjoy a very comfortable rest. The owners have treated us like family, very attentive and kind, also offered us really good grapes. The area around the pension is quiet and peaceful, though there are supermarkets, restaurants and some other pensions around.

Review 12：We were welcomed very warmly. Almost like visiting friends or family. This feeling remained during the entire stay. Giannis and his family are very friendly and great hosts replying always patiently all our many questions about the island, restaurants etc. The location is more than 10. You feel like you are literally on the beach since you not only see the waves only few meters from you, you can also hear them permanently. Such a great "noise" which you will definitely miss when leaving. And the view is incredible! It looks even better than on the pictures The rooms are well equipped, you have everything what you need, everything was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. It is a fact, that (at least our) room is very small. But for us it was not a problem at all. We definitely would recommend this place and would go there any time again.
