Review 1：Call ahead and ask for parking directions if you are arriving by car. Note that you need to climb up&down a lot of stairs to reach the beach and the pubs&restaurants area (or back to hotel from there).

Review 12：The staff has difficulty in English communication. If you can communicate in Greek, no problem. The road to the hotel is a narrow road where only one car can pass at a time. Be prepared to show some driving skills. Nothing impossible, but demanding advanced driving skills at times. Better rent a narrow car. You have to go up and down some stairs both to the beach and to the village. Not a long path, it was manageable for us but it depends on your condition.
Review 13：Value for price is exceptional. The location is excellent, close to center of Kokkari, but at the top of a hill between the two quiet bays of Kokkari. The view of the town and sea is magnificent. The patio is large and comfortable. The patio is cool even when downtown Kokkari is very hot. The beach is close. The staff is helpful and friendly. WIFI present without any problems. Room is very clean. Kitchenware is ample and clean.
