Review 1：Intermittent signal on t.v and only one English channel.Also you need a car or a bike in this location.
Review 2：Sophia made us comfortable , was friendly and even drove us to the supermarket.the room was clean and modern with fantastic air conditioning.

Review 4：The room was clean and light, the staff friendly and they had free onsite parking. It was very easy to find the property and the free wi-fi worked flawlessly.
Review 5：The terrace is big and comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Marata beach is near the apartment. The garden is beautifull and well provided for small children. Location is better suited for visitors with a car, private parking is provided.

Review 7：Although separated from the settlement, is quite alive because of the beautiful courtyards and playgrounds for children. A small number of apartments provides a family atmosphere between guests. Bosses are friendly and nice people willing to come out to meet every requirement.

Review 14：It didn't bother us but it might be a minus to some - a car is virtually a must if you need to go to a supermarket or any other beach.
Review 15：Spacious studio, huge comfortable beds, cleanliness, proximity to the beach (just across the road). Koukounaries Beach is also at a walking distance. Easy to find, even though it is next to the island's main road, there are hardly any cars passing bu after 9 PM and virtually none during the night, so it is very quiet and relaxing overall. Lovely garden, private parking. Basically - we loved our stay there and are likely to return if we decide to visit Skiathos again.
Review 16：No pool & about a 20 minute walk to the bars & shops of koukounaries. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk but it is up hill.

Review 20：was not a "dislike" just a inconvenience nearest mini market 500 meters away in Koukounaries however water can be bought from beach bar across the road !
Review 21：Lovely family owned apartments, very clean and well looked after, air con wi fi as standard, basic but ample cooking facilities private parking large balconies front and rear 3 minute walk to stunning beach, based on families with children but we are in our mid 50's and stayed there enjoyed the place and the surroundings bus stop 150 mtrs up a slight hill flat surface and well lit of a night, very approachable owners and speak good English, car not required...
Review 22：The villa was further from Koukounaries beach than we thought and as we didn't have a hire car meant a 15/20 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The local roads weren't well lit with little or no pavements.
