Review 1：When we arrived at 10pm, the reception was closed, so we spent another hour trying to get in. We had asked for a baby's cot, it wasn't there.The furnuture is very old and in terrible condition, we never sat on the couch because it was old and dirty. No shelf in the shower, however you could see that it used to be there but was broken and never put back. In the evening when we wanted to turn on air-conditioner, we couldn't figure out how to do it so complicated it was, and again there was no one on the reception to help us. The receptionist wasn't very helpful: when we asked about the things to see around, she just sent us to the Tourist office in the town not even bothering to explain us how to get there. Very disappointed!

Review 2：The outside was not nice, dirty. We did a mistake when booking this place and did not notice that it only was vifte and not air condition. I think the outside pictures of this place is lying, IT is not as nice as IT looks.

Review 7：We found the Free Wifi was not free and was incredibly frustrating. After travelling for the past 6 weeks from NZ, Australia, Asia to Spain we have had no issues with accessing Free Wifi in our rooms. At the time of booking we obviously missed a special condition which said Free Wifi is available at reception, and charges will apply if required in guests rooms. As we are travelling with school age children we require Wifi for their online learning. After trying various options and passwords from reception and spending all evening trying to make it work, we were dismayed to learn the next morning that Wifi is charged per day. However the free Wifi advertised at Reception is not reliable either. Very disappointing and did put us behind with the schooling, and booking the next part of our trip. In summary the advert for this accommodation looks great, but in reality it was a disappointing visit for our family. The pool which was advertised as heated, definitely wasn't. The Wifi wasn't free or reliable. The building was tired and the kitchen needed a few extras. A real shame and the only praise I can give is to the two helpful staff members who tried their best to sort out the Wifi access issues for us. They were the highlight if our visit.

Review 12：Room is big and kitchen is very nice equiped. Parking is free and secured. We had little garden and it was nice to eat there. Located a bit far from center but next to shop, port and next to direct road to nicest beaches with dunes. location is also ideal for bike driveres and horse funs.

Review 15：We booked the hotel in 3-4 months in advance, but when we asked them by e-mail to provide us an official letter of confirmation (on their official stationary) - as French Consulate often requires (to get visas) - no response, no help (I think partly because the personel does not speak/read English). The hotel also does not provide the cleaning stuff - which is not convinient (we bough our own) - I mean things like Fairy (or the like) and a utensils towels/duster(s). The hotel tells - don't trough the pubelle (the waist) into our pubelle - but does not instruct - which one should be used.

Review 16：Quite spacious rooms (though not as large as advertised). Our apartment was advertised as having c. 45 sq meters - but in reality was around c. 35 meters. Nice view to the pool, nice balcony - where you can smoke. In 2-3 km there are couple of sand beaches (you would need a car to drive there - and pay is you use local beach gear).

Review 17：No WIFI connection from the apartment, only from the reception area Nobody told us that the reception had a limited working hours (9 to 13 and 16 to 19 only). This is not highlighted on the booking.com reservation!!
