Review 1：From the moment we arrived, late at around 11pm, Katarina and Kristos were lovely and very attentive. Our room was large, spacious, clean and comfortable with good self catering facilities, including two hobs. We had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the pool and mountains. The pool area was very nice, plenty of sunbeds and very clean. Location was great, just a short walk to beaches, bars and restaurants. Katarina and Kristos could not have been nicer and it was an absolute pleasure to stay with them in such a lovely location. We would definitely recommend Arianna and will be going back very soon!!!!
Review 2：There was soap in bathroom, no Towle to step on coming out of shower, good luck if you slip. Towels have seen better days. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Kitchen had no sponges nor diswashing liquid so can not wash breakfast dishes. To make matters worse the staff who clean you room every morning do not wash the dishes nor do they replace the used towles. We booked a room that sleeps 4 yet the kitchen only catered for 3!!!!! There was also a blood stain on the sheets of one of the beds.
Review 3：mosquitoes - the island is full of bugs; the problem is that the owners didn't care to provide repelling machines or at least advise us that we will need one. That way we had a terrible first night ascetic furnishing - just beds and wardrobe not functioning facilities - spoiled shower headset and electric cattle out of order AC at surcharge insufficient staff - being family hotel, all the work is left to 2 people, which cannot be every where even if they wanted (not that this is the case). That way service, cleanliness, help is really compromised. I can see this as principle problem in Greek tourism, resulting in slow and often poor service.

My girlfriend woke up in the morning and discovered tiny bites all over her face and body, The fridge hadn't been cleaned with in the last century and smelled like someone had been killed and stored there. No soap in the bathroom. Very poor english skills with the staff. The breakfast that we paid for was a complete joke, the helper girl had to run to the store to get eggs for our omelet.

Review 10：We stayed at the hotel 7 nights in May. The owner were very kind and helpfull and was always around if you needed something. The apartments were big and clean, and had everything you needed - and if not you could just ask the owners, and they would help you. The pool were clean and sunny. It had sun all day long and no wind from the sea. All in all a very very nice stay. Would definately come back again!!
Review 11：We arrived late at night, and we were received badly enough, as if we were unexpected, though we had made a reservation months in advance. The owner, Christos, let us waiting without even offering us a seat, and he called his wife, Katerina, shouting loudly, and afterwards poured himself a beer, ignoring us completely. We felt terribly unwelcome, but that was not all. The lady came and led us to a terrible dark room, situated at the lowest level, where everybody walking in or out could see directly into the room. The room was terribly cold, and it took a while until the AC made it reasonably warm (they could have warmed it up before we arrived). The room had a view to the pool, and not to the sea, and the pictures of the apartment provided on the site are definitely not what you get, the rooms are much smaller. We complained that it was not what we booked, and the lady said that she would offer us a room with a view to the sea next morning, which she did. The view from the second room was indeed wonderful, but beside the view, there was nothing else to enjoy: the bedside light bulbs were either missing or not working, there was no TV in the rooms, and no hair drier, as advertised, no toiletries in the bathroom, not even a soap, the towels were old and discolored. As for the kitchen, there were only two electric iron rings where one could barely cook anything except tea or coffee. The pan was dirty, burnt inside (it took a lot to clean it as to be able to use it, since it was the only one), the tea mugs were dirty, there were no garbage bags, no dish-wash, no bowls, and so on. The lady supplied us with everything we asked, but unfortunately there was too much to ask in order to have a comfortable stay. Definitely not the value for the money we paid. And the lady did not offer us a discount for the first night when she made us sleep in the other room. We wouldn't go there again, and we don't recommend it.
Review 12：We liked the view from the balcony and the intimacy. The room had a wonderful view to the sea, and to Paleokastritsa Monastery, situated up on a hill. Under the balcony there were many olive trees and a lot of vegetation. The lady owing the place, Katerina, was nice and friendly. There was a small parking at the entrance.
Review 13：The family who own the hotel are warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble during our stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the beach. Excellent value for money and the owners offered us to take us back to the airport at a reduced rate to the local taxi firms. I will be recommending the hotel to all our family and friends.

Review 15：Everything was good. Very kind and helpful staff. The pool was clean. The location excellent. The room was quiet and clean. We spent a great holiday in that place.
Review 16：It was the most disgusting place to stay, imagine the toilet smelling like being inside the sewer canal. The room it was not clean, maybe there were months without have been cleaned, never seen like this. Mosquitos everywhere, the pillows and sheets dirty smelling like cats' pee. The bed was not comfortable at all, the only thing we wanted was that night was over as soon ad possible.. We strongly don't t recommend it to anybody..

Review 19：Excellent location if you're looking for a quiet journey. The atmosphere is really easy-going. The owners are fantastic and really helpfull. I asked them information about a bus to Corfu town, and they actually gave us a ride there. There is a snackbar and the food is really good. In the evenings, Catharina cooks fresh Greek food (vegetarian especially for us) and it was excellent. The swimming pool is very clean, there are plenty of chairs around it that you can use. There is strong wifi everywhere. The kitchen lacked a few things, but anything we asked for was given us with a smile. If I ever visit Paleokastritsa again, I will definitely make a booking at Arianna's again!

Review 21：The aparthotel is perched on a hill overlooking Paleokastritsa with very green and relaxing surroundings. Very large and clean rooms, with a big balcony where to relax overlooking the pool. Helpful staff and nice common facilities (bar, pool). Wi-Fi very speedy. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The daughter was lovely and helpful on our last day we were very stressed trying to plan our way to olympia as we were going to have to get a taxi to the port at 6.30 am we went to ask for taxi numbers and they offered to take us and only pay for petrol money! Lovely and helpful.
